There is a admission process for mages, sorcerers and warlocks. Each will have to showcase latent ability with a cantrip cast before the admission overseer.
Each student will have to sign and swear to a set of "code of conduct" which will be disclosed at the admissions process. Breaking these codes will lead to reprimand and possible expulsion, each case is handled individuality.
Mages and sorcerers will have to be interviewed by the admissions councilor and then approved by the admissions council. Warlocks will have to disclose the origin and nature of their pact.

**Scholarships are available that covers the total cost of the admission fee. As well as a full paid scholarship for specialization and mastery courses (these go to top performers)**
Students will be provided with robes to wear while attending classes, a set of books, writing utensils, room and board, a recreational room and basic materials to cast various spells (components to cast spells)
The admissions cost is to be paid in installments, by semester. There are 3 standard semesters, not including additional courses.
First semester is theory, ethics, and morality. Second semester will be applied knowledge and cantrips. The third and final semester is when students are taught common spells and spell knowledge. After the 3 semesters are given, students can opt to graduate or apply for a specialization and after that, a masters course
We also offer advanced courses, specializing in each respective school of magic, enchanting and alchemy. The fees for the specialization is to be paid on top of the admission and material fee. If a student wishes to apply to a specialization or master's course, they will have to go through the same admissions process.
The masters course fees are paid separately from the specialization fee and are the same cost.
