Yesterday we witnessed what happens when an officer of a repressive regime threatens to completely strip you of your rights. Not long ago Mover One Erroc had threatened to lock down your city and strip you of every final scrap of freedom they had previously allowed you. He had leveled this most brutal threat against you, the good people of the Cage, in response to something completely out of your control. He had sought to use you as hostages in order to reach me.
This is unacceptable.
Yesterday I made the attempt to remove this threat that hangs over your head. Unfortunately I did not succeed as intended. This tyrant still walks amongst you.
Now... it is time for you to remove him as he will most certainly strike out at you good people as promised. He will be forced to show you his mighty, tyrannical, strength and hold over this city and bring you to your knees in attempt to hurt someone you don't even know. He must do this now... for if he doesn't, he knows his words mean nothing. If he fails to follow through with a threat... his weakness is revealed.
You cannot allow him to do this! You must defend what little rights you have left. You must rise up against these tyrants and ensure your own freedoms. You must remove their hold from this city. You must reject their iron fist. You must force the Harmonium from the Cage. If you do not.... they will complete their enslavement of you. All factions opposed to their rule will be destroyed. Your arms will be stripped. Your homes will be searched. You lives will be theirs.
Do not fall for their calls of fault. That they would not do this if it weren't for me. They would have done it eventually. I am only an excuse for them to use now instead of later.
I will continue to attempt to remove this red blight from the city. I will not stop fighting this war against these oppressors.
Cratten Erroc has decided to punish you as a counter attack. It is now time for you to fight back. It is time to show them you will no longer be enslaved. It is time for you to rise up against them and fight back. All the free people of the Cage must rise up against them. All the factions of the Cage must ensure their destruction. The time has come.

It is official. It is verified. The illusion of captivity has been dispelled.
The mighty Harmonuim has failed to act upon their threats directed at you. They have failed to uphold their promises of increased oppression as a means to harm me. The have failed to follow through with one single statement. Even though I have snubbed their warnings, called their bluff so to speak, they have done nothing. They sit quietly back and allow it as they haven't the stomach to do anything else.
This proves to us, free people of Sigil, that they are nothing more than a toothless tiger. They have proven that they are not worthy of ruling over you. They have proven they have not enough spine to call themselves... "law". It is time for you to toss aside this ineffective entity. It is time for you to look after yourselves. To uphold your own security and your own lives. It is time for you to bring their faction to a close. To topple the instrument of their illusionary power.
You must now take your own lives under your control. The Harmonium cannot do this for you and they have now proven this. Turn your backs on their commands. Ignore their orders and defy their law. They will not bring undue harm to you. They have not the will to follow through. If they try then simply stand up to them. They will sulk back when faced with a mightier spirit. They cannot even maintain control of singular prisoners they attempt to imprison. They cannot control one single being. We can act with impunity within this city. It is ours for the taking. Freedom is upon us.
Free citizens of Sigil... the time to act is now. Embrace the approaching freedom. It is yours to enjoy.
