According to sources within the Godsmen, a strange outbreak of hallucinations occurred yesterday among the Mercykillers in the prison. This outbreak supposedly effected the twenty-seven members of the faction present at the time, yet also reportedly was avoided by the noted Master of the Prison. Arwyl Swan's Son.
According to Godsman Ariel Vennahr, a rather enthusiastic young halfling healer who was willing to speak with this reporter, "They was all talkin' about seein' orange smoke, an' from that point on every one of 'em was seein' crazy stuff. Pink dragons, bullettes tunnelin' under the walls, one even claimed a dryad was ravigin' him in to o' one o' the gallows. Barmy stuff, believe it!"
When questioned about it, the Swan's Son stayed considerably more closed-mouthed on the matter. "We are currently investigating the event, but are unwilling to give an official statement until that investigation is done. As one of our inmates is currently missing, foul play is definitely suspected."
In a possibly related story, the Harmonium have issued warrants for two beings on suspicion of malfeasance and misrepresentation of faction as Godsmen. Most likely nothing will come of this, however, as one sketch shows a hooded man, the other a woman in head-to-toe black-and-blue winged armor.

Last cycle we saw what happens under the ineffectual leadership of the so called keepers of order. A grave incident permitted under the watchful eye of the Harmonium. Their rightious law of little use, proven yet again to be of no help. Proven, in all actuallty, that it can be fatal to put so much faith in.
They took away our right to openly defend ourselves, while allowing others to bring us harm in return. Forced our dependence upon them and showed no support in trade. They force us to stow blade and bow to their authority yet offer us nothing in return.
These incidents prove that you have the right to defend yourself. You have a right to be the stewards of your own safety. You were not permitted these last cycles. You were forced to depend on paper tyrants... and you suffered as a result.
These actions will continue in all wards. These actions will prove, time and again, that it is dangerous to allow the Harmonium, with their allies, to control this city. We will continue to make a mokery of their order. We will continue to target their interests, and those who support them. We will not waver until they back down and release the city from their grasp. We have shown that not even their idols of supremacy, such as the ominous Prison, are beyond our reach.
They do not deserve to control you and you do not deserve to be enslaved.
I implore you to facilitate this. I implore you to openly reject the tyrants of order so that peace can return to a free city.

The terrorists claims they seek to aid the public good by killing unarmed civilians, not only did they do it twice already, but they threaten to kill more civilians... is this the freedom you speak? Freedom to die? Bow or sword does not protect you from flames or splinters sent out by the explosion, and striking the explosives with a sword was never a good idea. Wearing an armor is not and has never been prevented...
The Harmonium has not prevented you to keep yourself secure, only prevented vigilante actions and pointless deaths produced on the moment. Self-defense is not dis-allowed... but to be counted as self-defense, you are required to be assaulted first to be count as such. The one that acts first is the aggressor. The one that acts for retaliation is no better. Contradiction is that resisting arrest will not be count as self-defense for court purposes.
Those found guilty of terrorism will be given to the Mercykillers, those found guilty of assisting terrorists or cooperating with them will be given to the Mercykillers. As the name of Mercykillers imply... there will be no mercy.
Jink rewards will now be granted for sightings of these terrorists and public menaces. We will not shut our eyes any longer, actions will be taken. If it means we have to lock down entire city and strip everyone of their weapons, offensive spellcasting rights, getting entire Harmonium reserves mobilized, locking down Sigil ward by ward... peace will be gained.
Assist the Harmonium and these inconveniences and insecurities produced by the terrorists will be dealt with.
We will have order. We will have security.
We will have Peace.

Now is the time to start thinking for yourselves...safety is something WE can create without harmonium, but with common sense. The guilty should not be dealt with by paper, but directly, by blade, not allow them to walk away unscathed.
