*Disclaimer - Reports of what I've heard happening in the Hive are second-hand, so I am unaware to the extent of the rioting. I will write under the assumption that they are factual*
Violence begets violence, Sigil.
If you resolve to solve your problems with fire and chivs, and harm innocents in the process, then it makes you no better than common terrorists, thugs or thinly veiled warlords you protest.
Hate crimes against Orcs are unacceptable. Just because a Hiver claims them to be involved in covert operations does not give you the right to lash out against common Orcs in the street who have hopes, fears, dreams, and families like you do. The truth will come out eventually- it is only a matter of patience and time - but do not act on impulse or without solid evidence.
No doubt the ENOW operatives will attempt to pinpoint the impact of recent events on my writing. I have already heard venemous vernacular like "libel" thrown around. Mind you that the words I quoted in my article were.... quoted. Additionally, as I do in every piece, I first give the facts, then the Angle (in this case, the angle of the Hivers) - unambiguously distinguishing between the two. I doubt the best Baatezu lawyers can make a case for libel. I am not a fool, neither are the Guvners, and neither are the people of Sigil.
But back to the matter at hand. I send out a plea to all Hivers considering violence as the best means to address your problems: Mirroring those you protest may help you in the short-term, but greatly hurt you in the long run.
Practice Patience and separate yourselves from the thugs.
Sigil, you are better than this.

I am particularly concerned about the alleged recent influx of Harmonium officers into the Hive called in an attempt to contain the situation. I hope they recognize that it's only a matter of time before Sinkers arrive en-masse to counter their presence, and escalate an already volatile situation (assuming the Revs don't first). Furthermore, such an action would be foolish, as it would leech much needed officers from the other parts of the City. Lest we forget that the Sinker's faction headquarters are located precariously close to those of the Harmonium.
A Call for Patience

Zaed would pick up the issue of sigis with the newest article. After reading everything through he sets his eyes upon a phrase, "Violence Begets Violence".
He sips on his ale, obviously on break from the forge. "The berk has it wrong, chaos begets order, order begets chaos." His blade sits alongside his forge thrumming with a red aura, as per usual. "Perhaps it is time for me to make my move..." He finishes the ale and tosses the issue of sigis into the forge, the flames consuming it in its entirety.
