Judicial committee early this anti-peak announced that Hildmor d'Kridis was given his sentence in privacy of the Mercykiller prison. Details of the members of Judicial committee have been unreleased, but the chant says it consisted of members of each lawful faction.
The sentence remains under speculation, but the Red Death assures a huge bail was paid to allow Hildmor walk free for now to avoid no doubt ingenious prison sentence in hospitable care of the Red Death. Fraternity has only informed that he is no longer allowed to act as lawyer within courts of Sigil. Further details remain unrevealed.
Justice is served! Or is it? Some speculate a bribe may have taken place, but in any case the sentence is now served regardless how the freedom was bought!

A brief letter is sent to a representative of the judicial committee.

I write you as a member of the Triad of Law that was involved in the specifics of this case, until I was ordered elsewhere. I desire a small clarification of the details involved - as I am certain you are aware, a paid bail is a fee to allow the accused to walk free until he is found guilty or not. Since Mr. d'Kridis has been found guilty, I assume the bail is now forfeit, which leads to my question - Exactly what has he been sentenced, and on what grounds?
As a fellow member of the Triad who patrols our streets every peak, I also highly suggest you make his sentence public, to put the proverbial nail in the coffin of the rumours that flunctuate in the public opinion about bribery, lest the entire judicial system of Sigil suffer a fatal blow in integrity, concerning the trust our citizens have given us. Morale is low even among the enforcers, as a direct result of the failure of this particular case to publicly see justice served.

Judicial comitee which you seek is no longer in effect, we have no long term built up comitee to decide such matters as sentencing. The Court decides whom is guilty and the Red Death chooses is standard issue procedure, the case to which you refer to was a special one.
The term 'bail' has been used in vague and wrong manner among the public.
It also seems you have been driven to wrong faction in seek for justice. The justice is matter of Red Death, perhaps you may debate a change of position between Factions with your superiors and the members of Red Death if justice is of great concern to you.
The Red Death shall consider whether the sentence shall be published or not. For now the information is need to know basis only. Your name is not in the list of need to know. Rest assured, justice was served.
Hildmor d'Kridis received an unconditional removal of any and all permits that would allow him to act as an attorney or in any form or manner within court procedure and only allowed to defend himself in-case no defense attorney is found.
Additionally he was given a choice to pay the quantity of ten million (10 000 000) jink to the court or suffer a sentence in penal colony for extended amount of time. Hildmor d'Kridis chose to make the heavy payment and was allowed to walk free.
Sentence was succesfully served, though Hildmor d'Kridis was allowed to pay his way out this time, a notion is left by the Red Death that such benefit may not always be available, especially in-case of subsequent offenses.
This information was de-classified by the Red Death early this morning and S.I.G.I.S. reporters were given exclusive information regarding it.
