This morning on the outskirts of the Lower Ward, citizens were "treated" to a most cruel and unusual sight.
One Jacob Markov, a Sigilian Nobleman, was found strapped naked to a tree, stripped of all his belongings, wearing nothing but manacles and a ball gag. He was covered in what seemed to be Tomato paste.
Written on his back in red paint was the phrase I EXPLOIT CHILDREN.
What adds to the oddity is that, near the trapped Noble, there appeared to be a half full bucket of tomatoes. Written on the bucket was the phrase "Show this pig what you think of him."
Several months ago Jacob Markov was accused, but never indicted, of soliciting prostitution from underage Hivers. The case never went to trial.
When questioned about his assailant, Markov simply replied that "He never saw him. Everything just went black, and when I awoke I found myself like this."
Who is this Vigilante? What do they want? What are they trying to prove?
