If Zoel-Ahra was to ask around for Oerianna's whereabouts, numerous sources would point her to Undersigil - though the exact location would be yet unknown.

There is speculation that a messenger goes to and from Oerianna to the SIGIS office to 1) take her articles for publication and 2) bring her the latest copy of SIGIS/ and the newest dark. Others speculate that Vaas herself travels back and forth.

Though it might be useful to keep an eye out near the SIGIS hub in Undersigil, there is also the possibility of travel via portal to somewhere within SIGIS headquarters.

Another permutation is that communication between Vaas and SIGIS offices may not be of a physical or conventional nature.

*Oerianna remained elusive. The City as well as the Undercity is a large place, and it is not difficult for a single soul to get lost. There were many looking for her, but the most fervent of her seekers was a mercykiller acting beyond the scope of the law, a halfling sneak whose motives were yet unclear, and a kidnapper who attempted to counter her every word.

A new article in SIGIS is published a long, long time after the previous one:*

Dear Sigil,

This reporter suffers from a physical inability to stay in a single locale for an extended period of time, as well as a predilection to drastically alter her appearance on multiple occasions... weekly. Such is the price one pays for being a voice that speaks out against the corruption and the vested interests that be. Voicing lies and conforming to the wills of those in power is always much, much easier than speaking the truth and telling things as they really are. I thus apologize for the intermittent nature of my articles - an unfortunate side-effect of publishing their contents.

A quick update for now as I haven't the opportunity to write at length. Even as my pen strokes the parchment, I can hear the muffled voices and heavy footsteps of those above:

Invoking the desire to pay respects to her family name, Nienna attempts to defend the decent effort to deflect attention from what is essentially the "Nienna Institute." Baequinnna is indeed a change in name, regardless of whether it was Nienna's given name or not. She argues on technicality - but the (mis)nomer Nu'oro Baequiannia is not the name Nienna is commonly known by- she herself stated that it hasn't been used in decades. "Baequiannia" is not a means to pay respect, it is a means to distance the institute from her common name.

It is free of the negative connotations that taint the word "Nienna."

Connotations that imply arrogance, hardheadedness, disregard for the law, and a desire to control. Those who support her (or perhaps more accurately: attempt to undermine my words like the indecisive kidnapper ~N~), wished to meet at the bazaar for a potential physical confrontation. Why wouldn't those who follow Nienna attempt this route? Physical intimidation and confrontation is her specialty, approaches she consistently favors over dialogue and legal routes. It is no big secret that Nienna is the 'shoot first, ask questions later' type. It is likely she views her obstinate, smug nature as a strength, when in fact it is her biggest weakness. Sources report that she has alienated many former associates and allies, some of who are willing to speak out against her. No amount of conspicuous charity can change that.

Nienna will indeed attempt to pursue legal action for libel, firstly in an attempt to prove my words wrong and secondly in an attempt to clear the supposed 'good' name of the Nienna Institute. She will be utterly unsuccessful as the damage has already been done. The people are more than aware.

I will ask you again to disengage yourself from your insufferable hubris, redact the eponymous title of this institute and stand aside so that those who really care about educating the poor (rather than those who are mainly concerned about saving face) can manage it.

I may die tomorrow, but the truth never will. At worst, it will remain hidden for a time.
