AN AUDIENCE WITH A DRAGON

*the following is printed in the personals column*

Let it be known, that the Regal Dragon Junathoraxus inscribes the terms under which his new audience hall may be visited thusly. In Mercuria, the 2nd layer of the 7 heavens, those found worthy by the Hebdomat, shall have access to his great halls.

All visitors are to respect the following decree's

-- All outsiders from the lower planes will be barred entry, as such vile creatures have
no business roaming Mount Celestia or witnessing the majesty of any realm beyond
the pit that had spawn them ((OOC: If someone wants to come in altered shape to RP
I'll play dumb)). Mortals with the vile blood of evil outsiders coursing through their
veins will be welcomed, as all mortals may seek redemption. In the rarest of cases,
should the Hebdomat deem an evil outsider worthy of access, they may see the
dragon.

-- All beasts will be given sanctuary within the halls of Junathoraxus, will receive food
and be cared for, so long as they mind the dragons laws and slay no other for
neither food nor sport, within his hallowed halls.

-- any fey fleeing the cold and vile rule of the Usurper, the Pale Prince - unseelie
archfey who extends his reach far from its bounds of Pandemonium into the
Beastlands of Brux - will be offered sanctuary and protection within the halls of
Junathoraxus, so long as they swear and oath of fealthy and bind themselves to mind
the dragons decree's.

-- Pilgrims seeking to pay homage to Bahamut are welcome in the dragons halls, and
may visit the SHRINE kept within them. Tribute to the dragon who keeps the shrine is
expected.

-- All cagestruck arrivals to Sigil, the City of Doors, seeking aid against the dangers
of the planes may seek aid and council from the wise and merciful dragon, that they
may heed his council on the path to worthiness and redemption. They may claim his
aid, wisdom, and succor to protect themselves from the dangers and temptations of
the planes.

-- Those of noble heart and vision, be they warrior, artisan, or poet, may seek the aid
and council of the mighty Junathoraxus, and request his patronage in the pursuit of
great deeds to be cast upon the multiverse.

-- Those who visit the dragon and are received in his halls should be prepared to
present themselves in the highest of decorum, and be prepared to offer tribute of a
most valuable nature, be it knowledge, gold, or song.
