The City of Sigil has been under regular attacks by a large rogue faction formerly affiliated with the Winter Court of the fey. The Harmonium is taking protective measures to mitigate the effect of these attacks, but these attacks come unannounced and against civilian targets. There are however some signs every civilian should be able to recognize prior to the fullscale attack: sudden decrease in temperature and snowy fog. When you see this in your immediate vicinity, take caution, head to safety and find the closest Harmonium to report your findings.
Anyone with information about these attacks should report to the Harmonium.
