In response to the quick and efficient manner of the amended report, a second letter is sent out immediately.
Whomever you've assigned or hired to see to this situation seems to have a good head on their shoulders. I would like to convey not only my thanks for a welcomed quick response, but also my apologies for a hasty retaliation.
