Ever since the rumours of a new "aid" intiative being cooked up for the Hive, the number of murders and cases of violence have increased. Chant is some gangs belonging to a shady merchant cartel are causing havoc. More chant is, it is sheer Anarch terrorism. The dark of it, my dear readers, is that the Harmonium most likely will get to the bottom of this! Let us hope that the "Aid" project will not suffer from this and actually gets things done!
