Harmonium Presence In Clerk's And Hive Ward

In response to the storm of break-ins. Additional patrols and Harmonium guard can be seen in both the Clerk's and Hive Ward.
(( OOC: This goes for EVERYONE who wishes to be a burglar, either wait for the owner to be online so you can actually have RP around it. In the meantime, assume the patrols make it nigh impossible to do sneaky stuff, if you want to do something, poke a DM about it so it can be supervised. Thanks! :)
