Room 7 at the Smoking Hammer has reportedly been vandalized, according to Harmonium spokesman Grezor Hough. "At some time late last night or early this morning, a door and several pieces of furniture were damaged in one of the rooms."

The room had been rented by a human who gave the name "Urcin". Officer Hough suggests that the name may be an alias, and, while he declined to call Urcin a suspect, he did name him a "person of interest" in this case.

If anyone has any knowledge of this human's whereabouts, you are urged to speak to an officer at the Harmonium Barracks immediately.

There have ben reports of litterally whole shipments of contraband being distributed amongst the Cage's merchant population, the intention of the contraband cargo is of no consequence.

As per last week the Harmonium and the Guvners have agreed upon that these items that pose a danger to public order and the safety of the Cage's citizens are to be confiscated and destroyed.

As a method in controlling the spread of these items all cargo shipments going to and from the Bazaar and other tradeing districts are here by subject to searches.

All merchant Stalls and shops will be subject to searches that will occur at random times during the course of this reform.

And all independant merchants will be subject to an inventory search if there are any suspicion that they might be carrying contraband goods.

Also all trade rights outside the bazaar are hereby suspended until futher notice.

Depending on the severity of the violation of this new reform, the punishment can be anything from a 500 jink fine to a 2 week stay in the prison under the gentle hands of the Red Death.

Those of extreme violation will be handed over to the herbalist Layla for her pleasure as per a special agreement with her.

So all you berks out there..STAY IN LINE!

Leatherhead Blotter;

- The softheads never seem to learn how to not start counting the Cage's portals. I can imagine them doing it for seven peaks before starting to feel sodding from the utter ridicule they are about to recieve. An' while they're pestering and tryin' to prevent honest trade of the Cage no doubt the Knights of the Post, Anarchs and 'Tecs will be more than happy to witness the Hardies' and Guvners' little dance with the Slaadi.

On the bright side though, in some bad neighbourhood I'm sure they're missing the chance to play some proper kill a coney with them order types.

The law-fools, H, and the hounds never earn a page.

(With the new Harmonium Blotter, deliveries of alternative Blotter have begun.)

Earlier today the respected sergeant of the bazaar district Vale Reynolt announced that he is resigning his commission as a Harmonium Officer.

The cause of this sudden change is still unknown as of yet but in an interview with him, he announced that his successor will be determined by the Harmonium Factor in charge of Internal affairs.

We spoke with one of the street cutters we interviewed had the following to say:

Tis' a soddin piece of buisness tha' is, tha basher was prolly the only Hardhead commander ive ever seen do something worthwhile fer us cutters on the street.

Other cutters have also expressed their opinons on the amtter some for the better others for the worse.

At anyrate Vale Reynolts services to the Harmonium will be missed.

Roundabouts two hours before antipeak yesternight, a blue-skinned tiefling woman with long horns that curved around the apex of her skull, and shoulder-length black hair was seen offering an item to a Dustman Factotum. Promptly thereafter, the Dustman crumpled to the ground.. ceasing to be. Sources were vague, but mention that the item was a black stone - though it was nowhere to be found once the corpse was searched.

The Harmonium have no suspects, but have released a warning reminding cutters to be wary.. as they always should.

In the early hours, elven shopkeeper Gorandrammurus B'il, a resident of Sigil for close to a century, was found murdered in his shoppe, the Planewalker's Emporium. A great deal of blood was missing from the corpse, and cause of death was determined to be a severed jugular, leading the officers in charge of this case to suspect the involvement of Vampires.

Citizens with further information on this case, including the whereabouts of any Vampire nests, are encouraged to contact the nearest Harmonium officer.
