Recently thar's been talk in town 'v a ....Hegemony in th' bazaar. Now these lads may be usef'l if ye be an amateur basher 'r fingerpainter needin' basic items, or if ye just wanna get a nice trink't fer that cousin ye don't really like. It also 'elps if ye carryin' a lot o' jink 'cause the Hegemony be chargin' prices fit fer addle-coves. straight-up peelers I tells ye!
But fer those of ye who REALLY want top o' the line items at BASE price, I'm gonna let ye in on a little dark: Th' Artificer.
Nay, nay, I 'aint givin' ye th' laugh - this blood is fer real!!! No need ta finger through different merchants in the bazaar if ye need somethin', this blood sells.....anythin' and everythin' (includin' some poisons tha' the sellers in th' bazaar aint s'possed ta be sellin'). Only catch is that he'll usually be found in tha Lady's Ward inside the Armory.
I'm not exactly sure why th' Artificer sells at no profit... me thinks he was rattling his bone-box 'bout wantin' ta spread "Vehicles o' Destruction" or somethin' else barmy, but I wasn' payin' attention. I just knew tha' if I needed somethin' quality: be it sage-scroll, drink, poison, chiv, sparkler, 'r trinket, at th' cheapest price in the Cage: I knew where ta go.
