An article, tucked in the front of the S.I.G.I.S., was printed in bright, pink, glimmering letters. Though difficult to read (due to glare off the ink), you can make out the majority of the text, which reads as follows:
THEFT AT THE CIVIC FESTHALL
Recently, a series of three paintings by a realm famous artist, Quentin de Grogst, were stolen from an exhibit at the Civic Festhall in Sigil.
Rumors surrounding the theft suggest that the crime was perpetrated by an underground crime ring of super-intelligent Cranium Rats (which goes without saying), and that one of their members was recently captured by the Society of Sensates.
Sensate Pimshee Glittercog has requested that anyone with information on the whereabouts of the artwork please get in touch with Sir Raifael Degare, the Harmonium Knight who is spearheading the investigation.
