Raifael Degare whom was convicted of murder and kidnapping, has today been transferred to the Gatehouse into locked cells to treat what now was deemed as temporary insanity. He has been removed from the Harmonium order and is now under direct survaillance of the Bleak Cabal and daily medication to treat this insanity.
