Factotum Diana "The Guardian" Slain in action by Anarchist insurgents.
Yesterday morning a group of Anarchist insurgents crippled the Harmonium war against chaos and disorder by not only shattering the Harmonium Blockade formed during the Mercykiller/Anarchist cold-war to an ireprable point, but also by slaying a beloved member of the Harmonium military, Diana The Guardian.
Measure One Amaku Yamikaze had this to say on the matter:

"Diana, were a fine lass of calibur beyond all dutiful recognision, standin' and riteful acknowladgement. We didn' remember 'er as a warrior, but as a warrior of the pen, who prooved in meneh battles befer me time as 'armonium officer, tat t'word is mighter tan t'blade tat forged it.
In tis particular instance thou, Diana were not killed by accident or just purpose, she were injustly slain by terrorists, scum, the worst lot'o'vermin y'could imagine in a bloody establishment trying nout more than to put peace and prosparity for all races in line."
It was clear to us that Officer Amaku was emotionally influenced by this incident. Away from public speech, it was reported by notaries she was seen breaking into tears before reproaching to address us once more.
"Why is it so hard for us t'understand tat peace requires order, and order, requires reason. Reason with yerselves if anythin more than anythin, why do tis to innocent, honest folks, who just want to help you see the betterment of Sigil in the long run by looking after its wellbeing, you included."
We found Officer Amaku's speech to be touching, but perhaps a political excuse to besmerch Anarchists for their work. Still, it was clear today the Harmonium had lost a valueable and trusted friend, even if they used her as a political icon to win support and trust from the community.

Measure One Alice Kordiva to commence immediate discussions with the city Factols regarding the imposement of Marshal Law over Sigil.
In response to the recent event, it seems Measure One Alice Kordiva has a far less pleasant reaction. With almost tolaterian sharpness she refused to have any interviews with any of our editors and wanted every immediate Sigis reporter off the Harmonium premesis.
When asked about matters of her private discussions and their relationship to rumors she had been attempting to impose martial law in the past, she simply shrugged our reporters away and refused to speak to them.
Alice Kordiva is to our military knowladge known to be decorated by the Harmonium for leading five consistant and successful campaigns against The Abyss and Nine Hells. Though it is also stated that in every one of them she had supposedly attained new levels of humility, unspeakable battle scars, and even had the rare honor of being agegedly one of the few elves to be imprisoned in the very palace of Graz'zt, and return alive, to tell the tale.
When asked of such stories, Alice did reply to one reporter, who noted this:

"My history is of no concern to the civilian public, they need only know that as an experienced soldier it is my duty as it is my factions duty, to bring peace at any cost. And that is what we will do."
In a later discussion with Measure Yamikaze, we heard this in response:
"Kordiva's got all t'rite ideas but a mind of a soldier trained in war. In many ways we share a similar belief from different histories 'er and I..., but more importantly, Kordiva's desires do strike worry amoung us all, for now shes got t'fuel to t'fire, we do admit that we are concerned how far she will go with it."
The Measure is in rank status to her peers no where near as potent as a Mover and will never be admitted to the Factol matters in the hall of speakers. However, it is believed Factol Darius the Veyl has spoken with the Measure and seems to be in serious negociation with the other Factols about her proposal.

Stargazers in Sigil spot the multiverse first Orc-Comet.
Today, during events that lead to the tragic death of Measure Diana, several Sigilian civilians swore they saw an anomily worthy of the discovery of the very fraternities records!
In the sky, an orc was spotted literally falling from the heavens, nobody knew where it landed but some believe it is a sign.
Many have dismissed this as superstitious nonsense, others believe it may be a sign of Bojangles wrath inflicted upon all Sigil kind.
Naturally, The Athar had this to say:

"Rubbish, absoleute rubbish, its pure coincidence. Stars fall from the sky all the time, what makes a falling orc any different? He could have simply fallen from a spelljammer or convinently been catapulted from a giant explosion, this is nonsense."
Others, werent so convinced, a devotee of Bojangles retorted with this:
"T'god 'o Beggars answered me, it was like a sign from the stars! See, I placed a bet to my fellows that soon, a sign would come from Bojangles, and id be the most glorified member of my society!
Well today it came, in the form of a falling orc! Clearly, Bojangles has blessed me!"
Not too surpisingly, we heard the same cutter was mysteriously found flayed a few hours later in a fleshy pile of meet, a shame, we almost like to think there was some comical truth behind the mystery.
As to the origin of this falling orc-star or what it entails, no one knows, but one things for sure, the Orcs sure know how to make an entrance, and often, it ends with a bang.
