Citizens of Sigil!
Harmonium and other Providers of Law and Order!
This is a call to action, a call to deeds rather than words. The Doomguard have been carrying out a campaign of intimidation, kidnapping and now vigilante justice in the name of entropy. One upstanding and beloved officer has already been kidnapped and is being subjected to methods of brainwashing designed to "convert" her to their ways.
I ask you all, is this not enough reason to act!? We Sigilians have always been free to join or not join any faction we please, but now the Doomguard would kidnap your children and your lonely to turn them into mindless, broken servants of their faction!
Harmonium, Guvners, Mercykillers! The Sinkers endorse vigilante justice on your doorstep against upstanding citizens fighting to protect themselves. Do your duty and bring the one known as "The Ashen" to justice if ever you served the precepts of justice, honor and order in Sigil!

It is a common fact that many people fear the unkown. Entropy, Decay, things that wither away with time are the obvious source of such biased and it is often clear, that some people simply dont understand what they are reading.
Is the Harmonium good to put you under a leesh while Anarchists run wild across the streets?
Is there justice in the system of law when all it really takes is a large purse of Jink?
For such, 'solid' foundations, these organisations are born on principles they themselves betray. Codes of peace and order subtly wrapped in Tyrany and Fear.
Oh Sigil, there is an evil force driving this world but it is not the Sinkers. The Harmonium and their beloved companions have dissapointed you time and time again and what have you been allowed to do? Wait.
They wont let you act in the name of justice, they wont even let you protect yourself against forces dedicated to discord.
If anything this report has prooven, it is that Sigil is born on an unsolid ground that is simply falling apart. With one death a child looses a mother and a father looses a son. Such tradgic loses are events of consequence, not choice. These are results of the forces of order and their inability to act.
How is it that a fully guarded Asylum could not be watched over for more than an hour before four very dangerous criminals were let loose into Sigil? How is it that the prison compound was subject to a vicious gas attack and left undefended while two small nobodies of Sigil waltzed freely supposedly 'posing' as godsmen.
It is the incompitence, the inaction and the fear of change, that drives these factions. Their stagnatism evades the fact that time will wither away all things and not even entropy waits for time.
The Doomguard are cruel at times yes, but at best, we are modest thinkers who have simply come to the acceptance others, have not.
So tell me Sigil...
Should we live under oppression and fear?
Tell me... should the Harmonium be allowed to act, or should you take that cup?

What is the best way forwards for this beloved city...
You tell me, who saves your children and who lets them die. Who lets crimes wash past as they have already been commited, to late to prevent them.

People of Sigil, Those who value life and liberty!
I ask you, who is the oppressor here? The Harmonium that protects the streets and makes life a bit harder, or the Doomguard that kidnaps, extorts and kills for their own selfish ends?
This Doomguard proclaims openly her desire to end all you ordinary citizens hold dear! Your loved ones, your property, your families and your lives! This is not about whether you want to have more freedom to do as you wish with your money, but whether or not you can walk down the street without fear of abduction and torture in the name of some sad devotion to destruction!
The Doomguard blames the Harmonium for being inept and not being able to round up anarchists and criminals, but ask yourselves...based on an ideology of decay and chaos, is it not likely the Doomguard released these madmen themselves? I imagine we will get a reply to the SIGIS claiming full responsibility for said act soon enough in some mistaken attempt at swaying the dim that this is the fault of the Harmonium!
The People of Sigil are not so dull witted to have the wool pulled over their eyes so readily! The Doomguard blame the Harmonium for disorder, then claim this as justification to add to that disorder, add to the fear that they claim to somehow combat with abduction and brainwashing!
Let the Doomguard speak to you of leashes and oppression while they hold paladins in chains and at the end of a whip for no wrong doing other than having a different view...then ask yourself:
If you want further vigilante justice
If you want further murders and attempted murders
If you want your livelihoods to be destroyed, businesses plundered and families torn asunder for no higher cause than the sadistic pleasure of the corrupt
If you want kidnapping, brainwashing and torture to become the norm of faction behavior
If your answers to these questions were yes, then by all means, listen to the filth the Doomguard spout. If they are no, then FIND YOUR VOICE!

*Several Body's are found chained out side the Arena. All have the heads of youths but the body's are withered and look to be around 80 years old. Nothing but rags cover them And a note is attached to one of the body's*
*The note Reads "We rebelled and Justice was served." the handy work is unmistakable of the mercy killer who met out there punishment.*
Several Sigilian Residents wander by and see the display and wonder if such a thing as rising up is a good idea.
*A halfing with a spring in her step can be seen in the area. When asked what she thought about the incident she replied " Oi the more to rise up the more to fill the holes in tha prison. Oi for one need tha work. How do you like my handy work on those berks there?" A pale S.i.g.i.s reporter can be seen leaving the area to write the account of this incident*

Who truley has the answers to the questions of how the multiverse works? Does it need an answer or is it simply destined to be void?
For a long time now you have lived in the iron hand of the Harmonium. Its shackles bond you like an unescapable fear. But they are not the lady of pain herself.
They are not the true force to be feared and tremble behind. That is the force that embraces us all, judges, us all.
And if this control, is allowed to continue. Then even she will see that balance is threatened, and that freedom of choice is no longer present.
If the Doomguard have made their stand what are they standing for? A symbol of fear? Or a symbol of hope.
Is doom a word to be feared? Or is it simply the acceptance of the inevitable.
The Doomguard are not the aggressors here, we are invaded by a force of conquest and control!
We will SMITE those who dare to oppose us! Progress can only be hindered for SO long, BEFORE IT WILL MAKE ITS INEVITABLE VICTORY!
For those of you who look at us as villians and monsters. Ask yourself what we have given you, we have let you question if it is wrong. We have given you the freedom of choice you never had until now.
