Good citizens of Sigil

Yesterday the Harmonium made threats against you due to the actions of others. Due to no fault of your own they have threatened to lock down your city. They have threatened to strip you of your weapons, your spells, your rights. They will sweep your city, sweep your streets and sweep your homes. They have threatened to treat you as criminals... as animals.

We cannot abide by this action on your right to self existence. Therefore we have targeted their property in response. We have targeted one of their minor guardhouses strictly to make this statement. We have brought no harm to their troops. This is in direct relation to their threats upon your right to freedom.

Should they continue to threaten you with arrest for simply exercising your right to freedom, and this includes stopping citizens on the streets, harassing them in private businesses, or any other unsolicited private action, we will once again retaliate against them on your behalf.

To the Harmonium:

I implore you to halt each, and all, operations within Sigil. I implore you to cease your unlawful harassment of the free people of Sigil. For the safety of your properties, and your loyal troops, I implore you to stand down and allow the free people of Sigil to act on their own behalf.

This small example is but a warning should you refuse and continue to prosecute the free people of Sigil. Should you continue in your oppressive actions appropriate responses will occur. The damage caused by these will be a direct result of your choices and the responsibility will lie directly upon your shoulders.
