Sigil: City of Doors

I read the advert of Nick Kenset not long ago, but didn't really think about hiring a bodyguard. But at the night of the Carnival, I had the honor to have his company for a night after the auction, and I just had to write down these lines.

Nick proved to be a valuable asset for any Cager, who has himself, or anyone to keep safe. His professional take on things, and his swift actions have given me the confidence to recommend his services to anyone in Sigil.

I can say without the shadow of a doubt, that you will not find anyone in this City, who does his work better, or with more thoroughly. He is bound to his duty, and delivers what he promises. And on a sidenote, never ever seen a Horned devil so suprised, when he kicked its teeth out.

So good people of Sigil, if you want someone to protect your valuables or your life, just seek him out, I promise you won't be disappointed.

*Lyra walks by and reads the notice of promotion in the newspaper of one Nick Kenset and smirks to herself remembering the huge flat capped creature who had taken the blows that had been intended for her, blocking off devil and demon alike. Not many she ran with but he had proved useful. Despite accepting the journey as a partnership in that instance, he had fulfilled a requirement. She had seen fit to reward him suitably after the trip.

Bodyguard? she thought, and smirked again. Well you never did know when bodyguard might be necessary. She heard the chant that he came recommended by the Harmonium too, letters from them, which just made her smirk all the more at the irony*
