Here's an interview with Hildmor d'Kridis, a recent convict, businessman and a known criminal leader. Recently, he has been subjected to accelerated inprisonment on an ethereal demiplane and the authorities claim he spent there ten years by local time. He's believed to be the leader of one of the most powerful criminal organizations in Sigil and one of its richest men. We believe all of you dear cutters are curious as to what the man himself has to say on the matter and perhaps anwser a few other questions:
Reporter: "So, first of all how does it feel to spend so long in what is by definition an isolated cell."
Hildmor d'Kridis, smiling: "I am glad to be out now. It was bland...but brought me or my business no harm so I was content. If you want to know how it went, I recommend you to get to the Festhall and book a session. Won't be spoiling anything here, it would reduce profits of my certain friends in the Society of Sensation."
Reporter: "Many Sigllians call you a crime lord. Is such an assessment right?"
Hildmor d'Kridis: "I am a businessman. Anyone who manages serious business in Sigil often has to act on the edge of the law."
Reporter: "There had recently been a leak from the Indep network, the message Nienna sent to Indeps. What can you tell us about it?"
Hildmor d'Kridis: "I had my own reasons to deal with Natasha how I did. I am sure the Free League knows that in the Bazaar, I always try to keep the business fair. I also have to remind you that Free League does not have any set beliefs and as anyone else I am free to do as I please. Besides, Kith S'jet, according to my own sources, was a cover-up for a future Assassin Guild which would with time target my organizations. Only a fool would not take an action first. As for what Nienna did...it's a dirty betrayal and here intentions were not as...pure as she seems to claim. A lot of Natasha's wealth ended up with her after said merchant died. Nienna was not her heir."
Reporter: "Now...many people believe the sentence was exceptionally soft. Your assets were not harmed and you only spent in prison one day Sigil-time. Why?"
Hildmor d'Kridis: "Oh, let me put it this way.... I founded my business with my own hands and I would not advise anyone to take it or harm it in any way."
Reporter: "Uhm, alright. May I ask you a few personal questions?"
Hildmor d'Kridis: "Ofcourse! It does not automatically mean I'll anwser but do go on..."
Reporter: "Some time ago you had been accused of killing a certain powerbroker, known as Once Cross. Is that true?"
Hildmor d'Kridis, smiling once more: "I already have a few unresolved charges and nongrata status in Sigil and admitting a crime to a SIGIS reporter is enough for another charge. So...no, I did not kill Once Cross."
Reporter: "What about your personal life? Some people claim your wife, Kreeyzia to be insane or a Xaositect-."
Hildmor interfers, raising a hand with a small smirk: "Firstly, we're not officially married. Secondly, I would prefer if Kreeyzia herself would anwser this...poorly worded question of yours. I'll ask you a question, though, in return. Are Dabus insane?"
Reporter: "N-no."
Hildmor d'Kridis: "If you cannot understand what someone is saying or their agenda it does not automatically mark them insane. Any more questions?"
Reporter: "No, this is the end of the interview."
So here, dear readers, is the interview taken by our anonymous reporter in Tradegate. Make of it what you will.
