Following a large number of petitions sent to the Fraternity it has been deemed in the interest of public safety, and for the safety of Hildmor d'Kridis, that his bail be revoked.
Mr d'Kridis is advised to present himself at the first opportunity to either the Harmonium barracks or the Mercykiller prison. Harmonium and Mercykillers are instructed to apprehend him upon sight.
If you encounter d'Kridis, you are advised to stay clear of him and report his location to the nearest Harmonium patrol.
