I write you as a member of the Triad of Law that was involved in the specifics of this case, until I was ordered elsewhere. I desire a small clarification of the details involved - as I am certain you are aware, a paid bail is a fee to allow the accused to walk free until he is found guilty or not. Since Mr. d'Kridis has been found guilty, I assume the bail is now forfeit, which leads to my question - Exactly what has he been sentenced, and on what grounds?

As a fellow member of the Triad who patrols our streets every peak, I also highly suggest you make his sentence public, to put the proverbial nail in the coffin of the rumours that flunctuate in the public opinion about bribery, lest the entire judicial system of Sigil suffer a fatal blow in integrity, concerning the trust our citizens have given us. Morale is low even among the enforcers, as a direct result of the failure of this particular case to publicly see justice served.

Judicial comitee which you seek is no longer in effect, we have no long term built up comitee to decide such matters as sentencing. The Court decides whom is guilty and the Red Death chooses is standard issue procedure, the case to which you refer to was a special one.

The term 'bail' has been used in vague and wrong manner among the public.

It also seems you have been driven to wrong faction in seek for justice. The justice is matter of Red Death, perhaps you may debate a change of position between Factions with your superiors and the members of Red Death if justice is of great concern to you.
