Recruiting Volunteers to Uphold Order and Peace in Under Sigil

A new force is to be created to bring new peace and order into the Under Sigil. We are recruiting members or a group to take up this task. Standard salary will be given from the Fated coffers collected from Sigils citizen. This group will mainly work in Under Sigil villages or settlements.

This group is yet to be named, in-case an existing group wishes to take it for theirs to uphold and wishes to maintain their current name. In-case individuals wishes to take part in this organization they will be allowed to decide a name for their choosing.

Below is listed the document which will be filled with the willing participants.

1. Authority _________ is given authority to uphold the peace and order within Under Sigil, to design new laws and to legally uphold trials to determine guilt and to serve just punishment.
   
   1.1 Leadership _________ is the legal leader of this group, and is given the authority to choose hierarchy of _________ as well as any standard management tasks. Including, but not limited to; Recruiting, patrol arrangements, investigations, legal procedures.
   
   1.2 Co-Leadership _________ is given authority to overrule the decisions of the prime authority and request a Fraternity of Order to settle the matter. Co-authority is requested to be part of either Fraternity of Order, Harmonium or Mercykillers.
   
   1.3 Passing Leadership Is to be discussed with Fraternity of Order whom has the final say of chosen leader.

2. Impartiality _________ is not to be partially involved as to make best possible judgement of dealing matters of peace.
   
   2.1 Bribes Notices of bribes being taken by members of _________ will be resulting into re-forming of _________ to remove the corruption.
   
   2.2 Business Ownership Leadership of _________ will not be allowed to own other business, organization or be part of leading group to any other form of organized activity.
   
   2.3 Business Profiting Leadership of _________ is not allowed to be in side of gaining payment of business that could hurt their judgement of upholding peace and order in Under Sigil.

3. Co-operation _________ will act in co-operation with factions of the Sigil surface law enforcement. With court order they are allowed to conduct investigation on surface.
   
   3.1 Harmonium are allowed to enter the premises of the villages and settlements with court order. Any fugitives or wanted entities attempting to hide in under sigil are to be transferred to Harmonium.
   
   3.2 Mercykillers are allowed to enter the premises of the villages and settlements with court order. Any fugitives or wanted entities attempting to hide in under sigil are to be transferred to Mercykillers.
   
   3.3 Fraternity of Order act as co-structurers of the legal system, but will not be involved unless they deem necessary.

Honourable sir,

I would present myself for consideration for taking part in your Undersigil project. I am a dedicated seeker of order and justice and believe this could be my chance to contribute to the city that has taken me in - I take pride and honour in my distribution of fair justice uncoloured by affection or hate and am not unwilling to act harshly to achieve order.

I have no designs on outright leadership; I would, however, also ask for consideration both as member of your Fraternity and for the role of co-leader. I understand you may wish to reserve this responsibility for one old of your brotherhoods or may find another candidate more to your desire - I am, however, experienced in watching, assisting and at times moderating and rebuking figures of authority, having acted as lieutenant and spiritual guide of a detachment of soldiers for three decades. Know, though, that I will serve in any capacity you deem appropriate.

It is with the deepest respect I offer myself to this undertaking, to further the cause of order within Sigil and its environs.

I am a Drow, and, of course, this may make me suspect for a role within the Guverns. "Children of Chaos" is a common term you may hear about the Drow, however, i can assure you I left mainstream Drow society a long time ago as it did not fit with my beliefs and ethics. No no no, i am not an Ellistraen or a Vhaerunite, have no fears on that score.

As a Drow I am perfectly suited to working within the UnderSigil region and will be comfortable spending extended periods of time down there.

In addition I am strong in both Arcane and Druidic talents, I am not some weak berk out looking to make a name for himself, but a true blood with strengths offering to use them in order to ensure that the laws of Sigil are upheld in even the darkest places.

Upon receiving the reply Pauk hits the Library and whatever books he can lay his hands on pertaining to the laws of Sigil.

Despite his mental instabilities, he is a keen student and absorbs everything he can lay his hands on.

Hello approved candidates, We would like to get this matter on movement as soon as possible. With my fellow Fraternity members as well as consults from the Red Death as well as Harmonium we have come to conclusion that Lucullus is to be the co-authority of this coalition. We are yet to choose the actual leader, but I would wish the current members would for now take up the task to gather a meeting to discuss and plan on matters of:
