The murderer Caleb Bagroth, also known as the sensate killer is today being released on parole. Fifteen years ago he was behind a string of murder/torture cases that shocked the Cage to its core. That he was not mazed by her Serenity was labeled one of the more puzzling mysteries that year.
His murder spree went on for about a year before he was caught and tried. He then made a deal to avoid death penalty by revealing every victim he killed, their remains (where possible), and turn over all sensory stones recordings he made during his crimes.
Himself an ex member of the Society of Sensation, he was summarily kicked out of the faction after his crimes became known.
The Red Death states that they regret that the sentence was as light as it was, and asks that people take caution with this man, who might still be quite dangerous.
SIGIS also managed to get a statement from Caleb himself, via a Sending spell by our journalist he said that he is a newly reformed man, and regrets his crimes, hoping he will now find a way to redeem himself for the citizens of the Cage.

A few days later another prisoner is released early. The Red Death makes sure this one is not reported in the SIGIS, but some of the older residents of Sigil would remember the bloody deaths caused by a gray orc named Sigrid Roc years ago. Questions about this release go unanswered.
