Opening night at the Ace in the Hole was a huge success, bringing in patrons from all walks of life in Sigil to the grand opening.
There was music, there was Blackjack, Slot machines, Telflamm Hold'Em, Roulette tables, truly a veritable orgy of sights, sounds, colors, and good times all around.
The evening began with a Blackjack tournament, with the winner, one Louis Valdeeze, winning a 5000 gold coin grand prize. But that was only the start.
As the evening waned guests were treated to a series of free samples of Rith Fiddir's own drinks made at his own brewery and distillery. Patrons were delighted by all manners of Wines, Whiskeys, and Beers. Rith Fiddir himself was even seen performing what he affectionately refers to as a "Keg Stand."
Then, to top it all off, guests were astounded by a series of risque performances in the Burlesque House, followed by the "Coup De Grace" of the evening: A Succubus Wrestling match. In Pudding. Mr. Valdeeze, as winner of the Blackjack tournament, was hurled into the middle of the ring mid-match for what was described later as "A mixture of pleasure and pain that would make Loviatar herself blush with envy."
Over the course of the evening, over 2000 coins were also raised by the Casino to be donated to the Weary Spirit infirmary, a hospital in the hive dedicated to curing the sick who cannot afford their own treatments.
When asked about his new label of "Philanthropist" Mr. Fiddir merely chuckled nonchalantly and said "I'm not a philanthropist. I'm just a guy who has been broke, and knows what these people go through. Just doing what I can."
