Nobleman found hung from lamp post!

This morning Sigilians in the Lady's ward were treated to a very peculiar sight.
Sigilian Nobleman and member of the Fated, John Amon Amarth (hehe, see what I did there?) was found hanging upside-down from a lamp-post. He was bound, gagged, and naked. He seemed to be covered in Tomato Paste.
Written on his backside in red ink was "I force women into Prostitution to pay their debts."
As with the previous noble this week a basket of tomatoes was found about ten feet away. it would seem that random passers by had thrown some of the tomatoes at Lord Amarth.
This is the 2nd such crime in such a week. When questioned about his abductor, Lord Amarth simply stated "It was as if the Shadows came alive...sudden darkness, and then I woke up like this!"
Investigators have yet to find the perpetrator in this odd sequence of crimes plaguing the Lady's Ward.
They have, however, become less frequent in the passing week. Whether this is in response to the Fated's levy of the tax on the poor is unknown, but it seems for now that the Lady's Ward will be slightly calmer in the days to come.
