Sigil you never fail to surprise me. Only hours after my initial expose on Nienna was published, even more Dark has been spilled to the SIGIS staff.

I have an account from one Mara Raven, published word for word:

Dear sigis,

I read your column with interest and thought I should give this information to you. Some weeks ago, I was jumped in a alley way by nienna. She wished to speak and I desired to flee. Cornered I could not run and was subjected to- well bullying is the best way to describe it. Passers by saw me but did not aid. They were relatively new to Sigil, and took Nienna's side as they were disgusted by my 'cowardice'. The halfling Vil, even slapped me. She apologised after she realised nienna meant me great harm and I accepted it. We have become friends since.

Sara was involved in this too, and never apologised. She taunted the situation hoping for nienna to kill me as a spectacle sport. I now wonder if the two were working together in some way and feel it should be investigated. Sara has threatened to kill me if I speak any more of what happened so I feel I have little choice, given I could be killed so easily. I rather it known who killed me rather then die somewhere and nobody know who it was.

Don't worry Mara- if anything 'inconvenient' happens to you, we know who the responsible party would be. I hope the Harmonium are taking note.

In other news, some members of the SIGIS staff have been generous enough to pool a large sum of jink and send it as donation to Jeremo the Natterer's Orphanage in the Lady's Ward. It's not too difficult to separate the worthy causes from the facades.

Nienna reads the latest print issue with a roll of her eyes before fetching her little black book. While the Slayer doesn't respond to SIGIS (yet at least); she begins making note of who to 'speak' to if her Institute goes the way of E-Now. It's the only reason the vindictive bitch has shown any degree of mercy, after all.

Sara spots a new copy of sigils being handed out and quickly buys a copy from the newsbroker in the bazzar, reading it she suddenly comes to a stop laughing at the top of her lungs.

Ha.Ha.HAHA Harmonum knows who im associated with, and its not nienna. she points at the paper and calls out. afterwords she wipes her arse with it and tosses it on the ground

Walking up to the large group of cutters and bloods outside "Zeets" bar she starts to talk about how wrong mara's views on the matter are,were, and still are.

I was on the rooftop and yes i did laugh, but it wasnt nienna nor the silly metaly challenged hin. it was the pesky little pixie who kept telling me jokes about nero's silly outfit.

Further more, I never layed one figure on mara still to this day, even after all her verbal insults. Have dont nothing but try to talk things out. but hells if she wants to make insults publicly i guess i can write a letter and send it in too, sence truth seems to matter little here to this news agency

Guess that old tale is true, "Cant trust a hin at a distance of more then you can toss em"

Sara turns and walk off out of the bazzar to the hall of records to check on some old law books.

I've seen this kind of behavior all across mafias and animal packs. When the big dog ( or in this case, bitch) enters the room, every sphincter tightens in servitude and the underlings lose all sense of individuality- conforming to the will of the pack leader.

It so happened as she entered the room of a mad woman who resides in Room 6 of the inn. I had this woman chained to a bed as I strongly suspected that she was bound to harm herself. I was applying some medication in an attempt to revive her, and was in the company of a female halfling, a tall hatted ass of a man, and another human named Belkas (who I suspect is a Revolutionary). None of them said a thing to me as I attempted this - that is until Nienna entered.

All went silent - not just physically silent- those gathered had their INDIVIDUALITY snuffed out. Fingers were pointed towards me - the one who had shackled the madwoman. The three around showed her a godlike amount of respect. The degree of genuflexion was utterly shocking. When I pointed this out, she reacted with threats and barely contained anger- removing her bow and expressing her desire to take out my leg.

When I challenged this authority and told her that I would take her freedom, her cronies gathered around and pulled me away, urging me to bend myself to her will and keep my mouth shut (I believe the one who pulled me away was the hatted-ass- henceforth known as "ass-hat").

Ass-hat was promptly dismissed, and I gathered my items and left- for I was not foolish to stick around the room full of a big-dog and three cronies. I only hope that the madwoman who I unshackled is safe - though the consensus is that Nienna is a fine caretaker - at least among her followers.

I request that a psychiatrist and a healer visit this woman to assess her status. Nienna may think she knows best, but I doubt that aside from a master combatant and authority figure, she is also a psychiatric expert and scholar of the law (she was quoted as saying that no court will charge her from dismembering me as I tended to a madwoman who was shackled).

Furthermore, I request that other guards be present to arrest her when she threatens the life and limb of another officer or citizen. Believe me, she WILL do so again.

Her arrogance demands it.

An officer of the Triad who wished to remain anonymous recently sent me this account of Nienna highlighting her flagrant disregard for the law in conjunction with her inclination towards physical confrontation.

Not only does this woman threaten to dismember an officer, she attempts to pathetically justify it by invoking an incorrect interpretation of the law. I cannot help by agree with the officer's assessment: The arrogance of this woman is utterly absurd.
