Thilwitt Thoon, a well known merchant has been found close to his home in the Lady's Ward, dead, his corpse horribly mutilated.
Only some tattoos and his tail pircings allowed an identification as his eyes here missing and the skin of his face was pecked away, his tongue was gone, his mouth and both lungs filled with dark feathers.
Rumours are going that his lover, a Lady Elina Thurus, has promised a reward to whoever brings her news about the murderer.
