A notice is found in a recent printing of Sigil, which matches several wanted posters that have appeared around the cage around the same time.

Protector XIV, for the recent massacre of innocents at the Bottle and Jug tavern in the hive. A bounty of 50,000 jink is offered for his apprehension, incapacitated or dead with no parts missing.
