Late today Factol Duke Rowan Darkwood made a public announcement that the Hall of Records is sealed and locked until end of investigations, no outsiders will be let in. The investigation takes highest priority and if the Harmonium, Guvners or Mercykillers do nothing, then the Fated are to investigate themselves. "If justice is not brought, it will be taken." were some of his words.
As a side note Factol Duke Rowan Darkwood noted that tax collecting however will not be halted for the time of investigation.
