I recommend you check with the dwarf merchant Thrym Hammerclang, who runs Ovarf's Arms and Armor. I obtained my alchemical tools from him and have sold my extra equipment to him on occasion. I believe he still has some in inventory.

He is known to be on Sigil's Baazar periodically and I believe he shall be around in the next few days.
