Late yesterday rumblings and earthquakes rocked the Bazaar and surrounding areas. It seemed like the proliferation of ruptures that have been occurring have stepped up a notch.

The latest resulted in a giant hole, just outside Khazeet's bar in the Bazaar causing much distress and chaos.

A giant hole opened just in front of the Bazaar, and mages and clerics on the location reported strange energies emanating from it.

However, as we all know, Sigillians are a hardy bunch, and it takes more than just explosions and ruptures to put our citizens out of kilter. Within a short period of time the Harmonium had come, cordoned off the hole, and business returned to normal, with the small exception that access to Khazeet's bar was somewhat limited.

However! This was not the end of the story.

Apparently what followed has been confirmed by several witnesses as being the truth. A known Doomguard, one Dorian Irsei, was witnessed sending destructive spells into the hole. This resulted in quakes and explosions that made the earlier ones look tame in comparison.

The outcome was a massive explosion that set fire to large parts of the Bazaaar.

A number of well known and respectable citizens were on the scene at the time, and some of them took the law into their own hands in an attempt to stop the apparently insane Doomguard.

The well known Hildmor d'Kridis, respected Indep, and sorcerer supreme, attacked and took the madman down before he could do more damage. After this, several heroes of the city, including Mr d'Kridis expended great effort to extinguish the flames and bring the situation under control.

The arrival of some Harmonium soon after, and a discussion, semed to resolve something to do with the matter of disposal of the body and something else. However, this reporter was not able to discern the full state of affairs, except that the body of the Doomguard was reportedly carried away in the direction of the Hive Ward, led by the Lady "Envy", a Harmonium guard, and Mr d'Kridis.

The involvement of Lady "Envy" gives perhaps an idea as to where the body may have been taken.

-------------------------------------

In other news, a spate of rioting, murders, and familial homicides in the Hive Ward have been reported. A heavily robed but charismatic speaker was reported stirring up mistrust and panic in the Ward earlier in the day. Was this also the work of a Doomguard agitator?

Rumours around the Hive say that a famous bookie's house was burned down yesterday. Some say that later Daaron, said bookie, picked up some strange package left on the ruins of his house.

Some say blood known as Corax and his men are behind that attack and delivery because it happened afew hours after a not-so-successful business deal between Daaron and Corax.
