The last remaining Mover Five of the Harmonium, only second to Factol Sarin himself, has been seen entering the Sigil with a force of estimated one hundred Harmonium officers. On his steps the determination was clear. Recent events put up by the Measure One Kordiva of Harmonium has been speculated to be in trouble at his entrance.
Attempts for getting interview were unsuccesful. The entire force marched to the Harmonium Barracks. We wait for public statement still...

Public Announcement by Mover Five Killeen Caine
Greetings Citizen of Sigil,
I know we Harmonium have not been seeing eye to eye with the rest of the Sigil in recent days, but hear me out, for I will be brief.
I am Killeen Caine, second only to Factol Sarin himself, and I heard the distress call from one of my Faction, unjust and rogue takeover had occurred and we, the Harmonium, need to fix this. This is why I have come from all the way of Arcadia to take Sigil Branch of Harmonium temporarily over, once Factol Sarin returns, I will give up my seat in the Sigil.
The source of the problem has been identified and actions have been taken to bring them to proper court. Unlike misguidance of our prior actions, we do not take the law to our own hands within the Sigil. They will be handed to Fraternity of Order as is proper, and I have hope that they will see the truth and allow the Mercykillers to bring justice where due.
That said, all unsanctioned riots by members of Harmonium or anyone else within the Sigil during the unwarranted Martial Laws are hereby forgiven and any Sigil citizen that were unjustly captured will be set free without further notice. All those that were justly captured will be properly handed to the Fraternity of Order to trial. All barricades and militant structures caused by the Martial Law are to be removed, effective immediately.
We Harmonium have not always been getting along with all the other Factions, but it is our goal to seek the Harmony and Peace, we have not always succeeded, but we can be better and we will be better. I hope we can avoid this type of future conflicts.
As token of our gratitude of your patience, we will be more recipient to suggestions and more co-operative action with the local groups, as long as it is determined to be within acceptable lines of Harmonium philosophy. We will be less forceful to remind that we are part of community here in Sigil, but we will not cease to do our duty.

WellÂ… that was a heartfelt piece. This newly appointed Officer certainly knows how to smooth things overÂ… but lets reply to one small piece of this Propaganda with some of our ownÂ…
“As token of our gratitude of your patience, we will be more recipient to suggestions and more co-operative action with the local groups, as long as it is determined to be within acceptable lines of Harmonium philosophy. We will be less forceful to remind that we are part of community here in Sigil, but we will not cease to do our duty.”
Am I the only one to see through this thinly veiled threat?

Put lipstick on a Hog and, well… it’s still a hog. What we have here is a Harmonium officer putting a smile on his own face while holding a large axe behind his back. He smoothes his words as he says, quite politely, “Obey our philosophy or we will act against you”. It is the very same mantra that the previous leader spouted. Do as we say or else. A smiling tyrant is still a tyrant.
The people of this great city began to stand up to the Red Steel. It was evident with the quick actions of this Shining Knight to correct the path the people so despised. This proves that the power to change this city lies with you. The people of this city stood up to the Red Steel and the Harmonium backed downÂ… but as stated in the issued statement, there is a limit to theirÂ… compassion and generosity.
I ask you to maintain your pressure on this aggressive faction. I ask you to continue to show them that you are not theirs to enslave. While they have a limit to their cooperation so you have a limit to yours.
You have proven that you have what it takes to throw off the chains that they have imposed on you and lead your own lives. Indeps patrolling their own markets, neighborhoods patrolling their own streets. People living under the area rules that they set.
DonÂ’t allow them to charm you back into submissionÂ… continue your pressureÂ… secure your freedom.
