Citizens of Sigil,
Considering recent events and the tumoil our city is facing, it is especially disheartning to learn today that a Dabus was killed by a person or persons unknown. Some assassin vine was planted amongst the razorvine on a building, a deliberate trap, just waiting for a Dabus to come along.
It does not need to be mentioned to all but the most clueless that Her Serenity takes a pretty dim view of such happenings.
Citizens, this murderer must and will be found. Therefore we have issued an open warrant for the arrest of the guilty party.
The Mercykillers, Harmonium, and our own agents will be making inquirers into this unfortunate situation. We ask you all to cooperate with them. Any who were at or near the scene of the death ((name of street given - Lady's Ward)) in the last day we ask to come forward with whatever information they may have.
In order to encourage cooperation, the Fraternity stand by to offer sizeable rewards for any information leading to the arrest of guilty party. Do not attempt to arrest by yourself, let the proper authorities handle this. Her Serenity has requested that they be delivered alive not dead.
For anyone who can actually directly point the finger and provide solid testimony and evidence, we will consider a reward of up to 100,000 jink, payable from our own treasury, OR a highly valuable and unique magical item.
Citizens of Sigil, we look to you to help us in this matter.

"I possess information about a possible lead on the murderer: a Sinker I saw the other day, who was doing his test of getting into the Doomguard facioin.
The other day when I was minding my own business in the Hive, he came along and hurled a sack of jink at a Harmonium officer, causing the guardsman to be overrun by the lowly population, who in time turned to use their blades, creating quite a scene.
He was dressed in black and had some form of hasting item in his possession, but most importantly, he proudly yelled "I am Nyraatu" when the deed was done, and ran off.
It is possible that he was responsible for the Dabus' is death, as his next test was most likely the one concerning razorwine."

Fellow Cagers, the most recent act with regards to this...renegade, running amok in the streets of the Cage, now turned murdurer, is of a great concern. I wish to assure the citizens - as best I can - that the Doomguard will look in to this matter in hopes of showing the aforementioned promise about assisting to keep the streets safe. That goes for those who wish to opress Sigil's citizens, such as the Harmonium, to those who would see its populace harmed, dead, and/or living in fear. I would also rest assured that the Lady will not let a heinous crime, such as this go unpunished(*). As an attack on one of Her debus is none other than an attack on the Lady herself. Your safety and freedom are the number one concern for the Doomguard.
Now, there are some who may look upon the Doomguard negatively. They may not agree with the philosophical views the faction holds. We will not, of course, force our way of thinking on them, but allow them their own chance to stumble into the force of entropy on their own (though if any are indeed interested in hearing more about our enlightening philosophy, you are definitely welcome to contact any of us on the topic). Sure, we believe that everything will indeed decay, crumble, rust, fall apart, and otherwise come to an end, but despite these beliefs - nay, because of these beliefs - we are determined to allow you all the freedom of living your life as you see fit. You see, the universe will come crumbling down well enough on its own. This all I admit. I'm sure you've wondered what we want out of taking over the Harmonium's position in the Cage; what is our "great plan"? You see, by allowing you to do what you want, causes the erosion of the Cage to happen on it's own,, naturally. The Harmonium are a force against this entropy. So by relieving them of their position, it is a benefit to us...as well as a benefit for your freedom from opression!
You see the ongoing Harmonium work against you citizens still! It's time we put a stop to their oppressive dealings, and move on to the future of Sigil!
Let us all look beyond our faction beliefs, and instead, focus on what's important here:
A FREE SIGIL!!
