He absoloutely hates, hates, hates, and hates Illusion Specialists... He would sooner blast one with a volley of fire arrows and dip it in acid before working along side one.

He isnt too fond of necromancers but he -does- tolerate them and has no problems with using necromancy himself at times, finding that at points it even aids in his divinations.

He always has an imp trapped somewhere, for the time being one is trapped inside of a crystal upon his staff which gives him the ability to use the imps minor powers to his own advantage... He also likes to simply inflict pain upn the imp whenever it gets to mouthy... I hope that one day he would get an imp for a familiar.

Vaeris sits within his room at the local inn which has been provided to him by Hildmor and places quill to paper, beginning to write with long and loopy cursive handwriting.

Well then, I have arrived in Sigil. Three weeks ago I recieved a summons while sipping my tea from a man whom was my teacher in the Academy and a co-worker afterwards when I became an iquisitor in the name of Luskan... Stating that he wanted to construct his own tower within the City of Sigil, I expected something of the like... However, my scrying showed more of a simple mage's guild, I did not expect him to construct an actual tower.

When I arrived, I imediately sought him out within the confines of this seemingly lawless and disorganized city and found him sitting and a bar of course, where else would one of the most powerful mages in history be if not for a bar? A library? *he chuckles lightly as he writes this part*

He told me of many things, his plans, people he has scouted out to become members of the tower, along with several projects for me to take part in. The first project, needless to say, so far has become a complete failure... He wanted me to scry for these creatures that fed upon the arcane and devoured entire worlds... Not that I -could- do it even if I wanted to, I gave it a try but I suppose my skills at Divination are not yet strong enough, it seems like I am trying to find a single golden needle in a thousand oceans, that is not an easy task.

On another note, I am to help with a certain trial, with my skills as a diviner, I am to make the proceedings proceed a bit smoother and help the court open up a quicker path to the truth, however... one thing that worries me with such a thing. People in general tend to think of us Diviners as a bit different from other wizards and well, yes we are... but that is a different story completely... to the common mind, damned commoners... We of the finer persuation are frauds, phonies, swindlers and cheats among many other names.... These creatures mock my arts on a regular basis and will sneer even when the truth of the matter is waved before their very own eyes... odd bunch. One cant help but wonder if the common mind is really just -that- limited in it's ability to comprehend.
