I got a few things to talk about. First, i can finally free hand 9th circle spells! *clap clap clap* The magic is stable and everything! Don't think i'll have to ask Mordy any more questions, the advice he gave me was great as it is! Well, now that i think about it i'm still going to ask him what he knows however, *chuckling* can never hurt to know more..I don't think i'll offer it to adventurers however. It's to damn draining..i can enchant myself 5 longsword and feel great..i put the shapeshifting tattoo on my leg..my knees buckled and the room spun..i crawled into bed and slept all night.. Too TOO draining.. but it's a nice craft to know. Not many tattoo magi out here in Sigil..
Second, i laid some nasty wards down around my shack. My floor is actually giving off a soft blue light. There is a damn obyrith lose in the city! And it attacked me.. twice! Marx told me something that's true, even though i pray to Torm it's not, but they can suck the powers out of a mage to grow stronger.. Dom was attacked before me so..
I don't know, i'm kind of scared really. That thing possessed Granite, a sweetie i know, then he came at me. That crazy elf woman, she ran right past Mael and buried her greatsword in my neck yes..it killed me. I woke up with a black cloud hovering over me. I wasn't scared, i wanted to gut that lady that killed me, but by the time everything settled down, she was gone. *sighs* At least it didn't leave any scars.
I started drinking again..hehe. I love whiskey to much to give it up. I won't get hammered anymore thou.. Oh yea I kicked the habit of that Agony stuff.. haven't had a craving all week. But i'm going to keep it anyways though, i love it. When i'm in my shack early, i'll just pop it in my whiskey or something. I'd hate to stop after spending a bunch of jink stockpiling the stuff.

Past couple of days have been hectic, to say the least.. i don't know where to start, hmm. Well i will at the beginning.
Me and Linda where at the bar when this berk of hardhead jumps right between us! Little did i know it was a setup. Linda left me alone with him.. i think she was in on it.. and that damn berk calls me a slut! So what did i do? Hehe, i cast enlarge on myself then shapeshifted into the iron golemn, and i kicked his ass, literally. I kicked him hard as i can.. then i got jumped by a whole gang of hardheads. *snickers* So i picked him up, and threw him at the other guards.
Eventually they took me down. However while i was down the whole lot of them got killed, burned to a crisp! I didn't know at the time, i was lying unconscious. When i finally come too, i'm in their interrogation chamber.. and i see a whole bunch of people in there. That's when i was told that the hardheads got killed, burned to a crisp. Thankfully they let'em go, however the berks kept Kari.. Kari Shadowfox.. and then tried to accuse me of the whole damn fiasco.. it still pisses me off to even think about it.
We rot in jail for a few days, but that's when all hells broke lose. The city breaks out in riots.. While in our cell, me and Kari get suspicious, especially when a hardhead shows up to guard our cell. That's when we heard fighting and smelled smoke.. the barracks caught on fire. I think that hardhead was scared because he escorted us from our cells.. only to run into the Revoluntionary League, dressed as the Harmonium. He tells us two to run, which we do. We take off to the abyss.. spell up and come back.
When we get back, that hardhead is dead and i see Amycus, Kaloosh, and a few others in there. The ring leader is in the back near us but his goons blocked the passage way. Kari goes to raise that hardhead and get's attacked by the league, that's when it got nasty. A huge fight broke out.
Needless to say, some odd hours later, i'm standing outside of the burned barracks. More questions than answers.. this still ain't finished. Something tells me it's just the beginning. We were setup so the league could attack the hardheads. Someone is out for blood and it's just going to get more brutal.

Hey journal! Haven't talked to you in awhile, not much to talk about however, just a few things. Maelfina and Marx have gotten things together to trap that Obyrith, which is good. I'm tired of my floor glowing at night.. makes it hard to enter into my trance for a rest.
Oh yea, i got a new apprentice too! Her name is Fate, fresh from the underdark too! She small.. a real looker! I must admit, i'm a little sweet on her. But i'm going to take it easy.. and let her grow some.. i don't want to smother her. She needs to make friends and learn the ins and outs of Sigil, learn who to avoid and who to stick with. I finally have a few things to talk about. One is that i'm in love.. with a drow! Her name is Fate and is so cute. I just bought this home for us in the Lady's Ward. Surrounded by nobility and the aristocrats however, but that's fine because it means we'll be left alone and will have plenty of privacy. And plenty of them lobsters roam around too, so it's a win win! Fate is a mage also, it doesn't get any better! Sometimes i think she was that drow i met in the beastlands on my vacation... hehe
I saw Kithra again.. and got almost embarrassed. She was drunk as she was just in a drinking contest, which she won by the way, YAY! But she kissed me! I must admit, my knees did go weak, i tried to avoid.. well, not really. But she came onto me! Anyways.. i had to tell her she can't do that kind of stuff, i'll get into trouble.. can't have that! This elven lady i do enchanting for saw me.. i was so scared she would tell Fate. But i asked her not to and when i saw Fate later that day she didn't mention it so.. it's good! But i don't like keeping secrets from her, makes the relationship bad.
My tattoo magic is excellent now. Using my blood like Mordy said i can free hand a tat of any spell level, that's wonderful! I keep using the ones i put on myself however, damn things are just to handy to have.. i love'em. A drow lady named Isonade mentioned there is a way to make them permanent, and i've been looking into that.. but i don't think so. Maybe the lower level spells but not the nasty ones... it's something to look into however.
Oh yea, finally found someone to wear my custom created gear. Her name is Discbearer, ain't that neat? Took her measurements and everything, it's a yuan ti half blood! Can you imagine that? *sighs* It's going to be kind of tricky making some full plate for her, i've got to protect her torso correctly, don't want any weakness in the armor, it will just make me look bad, can't have that!
Another thing that's weighing heavy on my mind. It seems Mir and Linda are going to get into it one day *a heavy sigh* I'm avoiding that situation, and I told my love to do the same. Something tells me Linda has a mean streak a mile long and just as wide.. and i don't want to get in it's way. It's kind of crazy because the two of them used to be good friends, now i hardly see them together. But, I don't know why Mir would go around lying about my former apprentice. Linda said Mir is unstable, so i've been cautious around her. Why would Mir spread nasty rumors like that? Linda has been so shaken up lately.. Adam dying has her very upset. Me too, but Linda and Adam used to travel together, so i bet Linda is more hurt than she's telling me. I think i'll treat her to a nice dinner, that will lift her spirits some.. i know it does mine!
One more thing. I think i'm going to track down a senior or elder weaponsmith in Sigil. I think i've found a way to meld cold iron and alchemical silver. Every weapon i made, be it sword or knife just shatters just as soon as it cools off enough to handle it. There has to be a way to successfully meld the two. I'm really really broke right now thou, i want to rent a back room in the lab or work in the armory.. That's it! I can simply ask the lobsters if they are willing to pay me to try and research a way to meld cold iron and silver so a weapon holds both properties. I don't know.. i think i'll post an add in the next issue of Sigis in a couple of days. I want to see if i can do it on my own first.

Hey Journal.. *sniffles* I'm sad and worried. I haven't seen nor heard a word from Fate sense she left. I think i did something wrong.. but what?!! I hope she comes back...This damn house i bought is too damn empty with just me *now a sigh* I think i'mma get a cat or somethin to keep me company.
The enchantin business is picking up. Spent damn near all day making stuff. Hard to believe just a couple of weeks ago, i was eating dried rations.. but now, i got a swanky house that makes people think i'm someone important and i've amassed over 30,000 in jink.. I spent some of it though, had to furnish this place.
I think i've mastered tattoo making too.. better than what i did! I make can make'em in short time now, with no back firing. Not gonna offer them for sale thou, it's just as drainin as making a spell. Bein bone tired ain't it in the end..
Aside from that.. i'm still working on a mixture to combine Silver and Cold iron. I keep hitting wall after wall and i'm burning too much money. I blew twenty thousand doing it before and i ended up with a stick of metal that was so brittle it broke when i set it down.. I wonder what other weapon smith's there are in the cage? Honestly, i'm kind of scared at the moment to do it.. If adventures can snatch one blade instead of needing a multitude, then everyone will want that damn recipe. *sighs* I will have to think about it.

Whew.. it's been a long time huh? Where to start.. Guess i might as well as start at the bottom. It's been months since i last saw Fate, i don't think she's ever coming back.. *sniffling* Yasher evidently likes me..alot. The situation made me feel awkward because after losin Fate.. not to mention the disaster with Kithra.. i'm not interested in getting involved.. with anyone for a very long time. I'm leaving that thing alone. I don't trust myself when it comes to those matters..
Speaking of involvement, i took in a young tiefling named Alicia. The girl is full of pep and potential. I saw it clear as day. She was raised on the streets of Sigil, any cutter can tell that. That's no way for a kid to come up, the simple fact that she's runnin around is a testament to her capabilities. So yea, i snatched her up. I ain't leavin the likes of Sigil to look out for her.. not now.. not with those damn anarchists and doomguards startin shit. The only down side to this is i gotta act responsible now.. So much for not backin down..
Hehe.. i'm joining the Godsmen as well! Or, trying to. I'm making a golem fashioned in the same manner as Grimcore, and that will seal the deal for my membership. I just gotta get some metal. I'm thinking of using mithral. Easier to get and i can inscribe a regeneration spell on it's shell.. or so i'm hopin. I finished the core of it, no trouble. Not even a small explosion.. i was expecting that. I gotta get some damn mithral now!
Last thing.. It seems i got involved with a elven lady that doesn't speak named Lyra and her mentor Darremar. Don't know what it's about.. but i'm stuck in the middle of it! I gotta keep Yasher and Alicia clear of this mess though, i think this lot are bunch of religious fanatics.. and we all know the lengths those psychos go to to prove their point.. Case in point of me being smack in the middle of this.
Now.. um.. hmm.. That's about it. The enchanting business is rolling along like a elephant on wheels heading down hill. Sometimes i sneak off to the lab so i can work on my own projects without having someone asking me for my service. The bad part is that i need the money so i don't turn them down.. I got a guard named Bill to do that for me.. hehe.
Tattoos are rolling along great. I've mastered the art even though i haven't figured out a way to create permanent types. If i can create a wand, then i can make that tattoo, with the same amount of uses. Alot better than having to fumble around for a wand on your belt, just touch and BAM, instant effect... Now that I mention that, i wonder if Mordechai knows a regenerative spell for armor.. I gotta ask him..

I have come to the decision to put down the blade focus purely on my mage craft. I was never that good with the sword so i think it's time to leave it to others.
With that being said, i gotta totally retrain myself. It should be easy a pie for a pure mage. Now i can craft ANY kind of wand and brew potions. Should be fun!

It's been a long time since i've seen Fate... I don't know what's wrong. Once again she left without saying a word.... *some droplets and smears are on the page as tears smudge out some of the word* I don't know if she left me or just left to get away. As it stands... She's gone and i'm in this big ass house.. more like a mansion.. And i'm alone. Even my apprentice Alicia and Kar are gone, i haven't seen them in months... I really don't know anymore.
It seems me and Fate are no longer a couple and i'm tired of casting scrying spells to find out where she's at.. She has probably shielded herself... As it stands I'm not inviting anyone close to my heart anymore..
Now all i have to do finish this golem I've been working on.. But i've been kind of depressed.. *more smudges that are tears* All I have nowadays is my work.. *the rest of the pages are filled with written sobs and crying*

Heya Journal. Man, I've been waaaay to busy lately to make my normal entries, so i'll try and make up for it today *laughter is written out* Where to start? Oh, that's right, that school. Yup, i've started up a magical academy. Damn thing has kept me busy as hell these past few weeks getting it started it up. Good thing is that it keeps me occupied and i don't think about Fate, but the down side is that i'm broke, literally.
I put all my money into this school and i've got 913 jink to my name. I almost had to sell my essences to pay for dinner, but as per usual.. My meal was free if I agreed to go on a date with the restaurant owner.. He actually sat down with me during the meal! What did I do? After eating, i excused myself to the ladies room, cast a invisibility spell and walked right out, HaHa! I bet that sucker is still waiting at that table. But seriously, i got enough jink to pay the staff for 5 years.. So that's not a problem. I will see then if the school is a bust or not.
I been to Abeil-Toril as well! I went there to visit the scholars at Candlekeep. I really.. REALLY had to work my magic on those stiffs, jeez. I managed to snag one of them to teach metamagic and it's properties at my school but more importantly, i managed to actually get copies of the tomes and books they keep in there library. MY jink purse wasn't that big, so i would say i got a copy of say.. around 70% of their books. I had to get a librarian too.. shit! The payroll has ballooned beyond what i thought it take. But honestly.. I got the jink, so i might as well as do something eh?
I got a high council going too. Between me, Nath, Dar and Kessa i think we're good. I haven't gotten in contact with a warlock that wants in, but oh well. Dar and Kessa are big enough buzz kills to balance me out.. So i'll be careful on what kind of warlock we invite in. Nath is cool, but i think she is just as free spirited as me.. Damn this group should be fun!
Another thing.. I broke down that power core into smaller counterparts and slapped them inside golems i got roving and patrolling around the school. They aren't fearsome, but should give cutters 2nd thoughts if they get greedy. Speaking of security, I hired this handsome elf, Pathell Davis *laughter is written out* A human name, on an elf! He's gonna handle general security.. In otherwords, command the lead golem and make sure no one can float around inside if they want. He's really cute, found him on Toril. I usually hire him when i'm on Toril, and i've seen him kick ass, sword and magic style.. Just like a mystic knight so i know he can handle himself. All the time we traveled together, we were practically dating!
And yes.. I have been to Toril.. Numerous times. That's how i found out about Neverwinter. I mean really, since i've been in Sigil, i usually go one or two places. Deep inside the beastlands or to Toril. I got tired of cutters talking about that place so i went.. Alot. Time passes differently outside the cage too. Yup, If i'm not home i'm usually there. Anyways, I gave him a more permanent position. But i'm not sweet on him honest!
I also got Talek to be our huntmaster. That fella is gonna supply the cooking staff with fresh game. Hmm, something about him concerns me. I dunno what it is, but i'm reminded of a pissed off caged animal that goes ape shit once it's let out of it's cage.. He has the same feel about him. Controlled rage. Someone to watch to keep an eye out for, poor fella.
Whew, i think that's it for today. Let me see... Nope that's it. I have my meeting of the high council in a few days. Then the school opens the very next day. Exciting times.. Ta-ta journal!
I put all my money into this school and i've got 913 jink to my name. I almost had to sell my essences to pay for dinner, but as per usual.. My meal was free if I agreed to go on a date with the restaurant owner.. He actually sat down with me during the meal! What did I do? After eating, i excused myself to the ladies room, cast a invisibility spell and walked right out, HaHa! I bet that sucker is still waiting at that table. But seriously, i got enough jink to pay the staff for 5 years.. So that's not a problem. I will see then if the school is a bust or not.
I been to Abeil-Toril as well! I went there to visit the scholars at Candlekeep. I really.. REALLY had to work my magic on those stiffs, jeez. I managed to snag one of them to teach metamagic and it's properties at my school but more importantly, i managed to actually get copies of the tomes and books they keep in there library. MY jink purse wasn't that big, so i would say i got a copy of say.. around 70% of their books. I had to get a librarian too.. shit! The payroll has ballooned beyond what i thought it take. But honestly.. I got the jink, so i might as well as do something eh?
I got a high council going too. Between me, Nath, Dar and Kessa i think we're good. I haven't gotten in contact with a warlock that wants in, but oh well. Dar and Kessa are big enough buzz kills to balance me out.. So i'll be careful on what kind of warlock we invite in. Nath is cool, but i think she is just as free spirited as me.. Damn this group should be fun!
Another thing.. I broke down that power core into smaller counterparts and slapped them inside golems i got roving and patrolling around the school. They aren't fearsome, but should give cutters 2nd thoughts if they get greedy. Speaking of security, I hired this handsome elf, Pathell Davis *laughter is written out* A human name, on an elf! He's gonna handle general security.. In otherwords, command the lead golem and make sure no one can float around inside if they want. He's really cute, found him on Toril. I usually hire him when i'm on Toril, and i've seen him kick ass, sword and magic style.. Just like a mystic knight so i know he can handle himself. All the time we traveled together, we were practically dating!
And yes.. I have been to Toril.. Numerous times. That's how i found out about Neverwinter. I mean really, since i've been in Sigil, i usually go one or two places. Deep inside the beastlands or to Toril. I got tired of cutters talking about that place so i went.. Alot. Time passes differently outside the cage too. Yup, If i'm not home i'm usually there. Anyways, I gave him a more permanent position. But i'm not sweet on him honest!
I also got Talek to be our huntmaster. That fella is gonna supply the cooking staff with fresh game. Hmm, something about him concerns me. I dunno what it is, but i'm reminded of a pissed off caged animal that goes ape shit once it's let out of it's cage.. He has the same feel about him. Controlled rage. Someone to watch to keep an eye out for, poor fella.
Whew, i think that's it for today. Let me see... Nope that's it. I have my meeting of the high council in a few days. Then the school opens the very next day. Exciting times.. Ta-ta journal!
