Chapter Four: Z.I.L.V.A.I

Scene One, Act Four:

What misery has overcome the small being this time? Her mind constantly clouded with endless dreams of her world. A world she deemed to be doomed and destroyed. It was well alive though, she had to figure out. The gem sisters, three Halflings named after a gem, found their way to Sigil saying they were escaping the Blight. So much more was going on in that world though. How was it possible they followed her? She destroyed the Faex, the huge tower that connected her world to others. This could only mean another Faex was created.

Zilvai slipped her snow white fingers into the as white hair, curling her fingers around the strains and grasping tightly, pulling them slightly. Her eyes closed and her head shook in disbelief as she sat upon her bed, Geir being next to her. She took a deep breath, taking a glance to her right at her love and slipping a gentle kiss upon her lovers cheek before standing up and getting clad in proper gowns. She padded outside, rubbing her forehead in a near constant fashion as all those images of her dream, or perhaps call it a vision, went through her head.

"The Vorare, beings that eat worlds to gather their essence and sacrifice it to an already doomed world. They have returned, they will feed on the world again. Death will come to the targeted worlds and in time, the multiverse will not exsist any longer. They come in ten folds, no, dozens. Each one of them atleast as strong as two or three Dragons."

"Haha! Zilvai you humor me. I am no child anymore so stop playing games with me."

"No, its true! Please believe me! We mus..."

Zilvai ran right against the pillar in the lower part of the inn. Such does happen if one does not pay attention to the reality around her. She sighed, rubbing her nose and blatantly ignores the smirking and chuckling interracial crowd around the place and headed outside to the bazaar.

Scene Two, Act Four:

The white maiden took a swift glance around the room, scanning the place for any unwanted visitors before fixating her view upon the book shelf. She removed a book, opening it and retrieving a sash with a scripture upon it. The Symbols looked similar to the letters, Z.I.L.V.A.I. The precise letters that made up her name. She took a firm grip of the sash, holding it as if it were the most important thing in her life. It wasn't long before she stowed it away in the book again and within the shelf, hidden from everyone and left unknown. She let the fingers of her right hand slip over the books cover. The leathery cover held that set of runes upon it with a translation:

Sadness, Sorrow, Agony, Fate, Hope, Redemption.

It seems her fate was sealed all this time. The book was placed back in its proper shelf and she left once more into the city streets.

Sheets of paper laid all around the small inn room with scribbles upon them. Runic inscriptions there to be deciphered from the huge tome that had her "name" upon it. It was her new goal amongst many others to find out what was within that tome. She could secretly swear to herself everything that ever happened had a link to her name.

That very day Animus came to visit her within her room. At the knocks placed upon her door, she scrambled all the parchments and the tome alike before calling him in. As Animus stepped in and up the stairs, she just placed the large tome behind many books, concealed from I. She acted nervous, avoiding as muc confrontation as possible.
"What honors me with your presence?" She said with her common fake smile. Animus probably knew there was something going on, as he did indeed know her for quite some time now.
"I came to see how my sister is doing." He said with a faint smile. The two of them hugged in greeting though it soon ended as Zilvai tensed a little. She spotted a stray parchment upon the ground, let go from the embrace and moved to pick it up.
"I appologise for the messy room." She said as an excuse, crumpling up the parchment and then after moving around Animus to access the kitchen where she tossed the paper in the bin. Animus was smarter then to let that go though yet, he did not pry and remained passive, asking if she were fine. Zilvai couldn't help but sigh. Infact, she yielded just a moment after and told Animus of her research. Geir, though, had interrupted part of the conversation due to coming out the bedroom half nude and bringing little Zilvai in shock. Hastily and after much debate Geir went to get a propper dress. What sillyness.

After much problematic talk, the three got to sit down and try to solve the Tome issue. Each too a look at the tome but lastly only Geir could reveal a few runic scriptures and their purpose. It is said that the book is about the creation of a being but what it was is left unknown to the three. Sadly, this was not the only issue. Animus and Zilvai had to find themselves in another struggle over Geir. This time, it was upon the topic of "Mistress." Geir was Zilvai's slave, and so willingly. Little did Animus know though and he left the room with anger he did not reveal. Zilvai broke to tears and Geir soon went to fetch the man. As the three got together again, just more issue were created after one was solved. Furious of being even in the slightest related to Arvolexia, Zilvai yelled at Animus to get out. Sorrowful, he did so but left a poem under the door a few moments after his departure.

It seems so long ago
I made an awful mistake.
Why, I just don't know
but it's caused a lot of heartache.
I was so angry and so scared
I didn't know what to do.
Now you think that I never cared
and now I have lost you.
I don't know how I could hurt you so bad
I loved you with all of my heart.
Now we are both sundered and sad
because I have torn us apart.
I have never felt so empty inside
I can't go on without you.
I need you here in my life
please know what I say is true.
I want nothing more than to hold you forever
and tell you how sorry I am.
I want us to always be together
and go through this life hand in hand.
You were my sister and my best friend
you meant so much to me.
I never wanted this to come to an end
I never wanted this to be.
I wish that you could see into my soul
and realize how much I need you.
The amount of love I have; you may never know
I wish there were something I could do.
I am so sorry for all the pain I caused
I never meant to make you cry.
I pray that you will forgive me,
and I hope this is not goodbye.

Animus Sensbane

Touched by this, Zilvai placed it with great care into her journal. When Animus came a few moments after, peace was hastily made. He was right, the two can't live without each other.

Geir went to bed moments after and Zilvai had the urge to go outside at that point then. Meeting a man named Teir, the two came into a curious discussion about history. It was a sensitive topic for the white maidan. Nearly each word struck her heart and she even had issues to feint happiness. Furthermore, it was a challenge to pay attention as Animus was confronted with his own personal issue, the sudden reapearance of her wife. It seems his past was there to haunt him too, just like hers. Its odd to think of but the two did have much in common. Zilvai only wondered what she could do to help him now.

It wasn't Aska... It couldn't be. Zilvai's mind went rotating, confused as the golden tinted elf sprung out the pillar of Vines within the beastlands. Arrows knoched upon her firey bow and aimed right infront of the elfs feet.

"How is it like to be a dead memory?" The white maidan asked the elf in a tone so distant, alike so close, like an arrow being shot right into the other. The Golden hued elf looked confused, replying in an incomplete sentence. Zilvai questioned more.
"Why are you never viewable to those that should be able to see you?" The elf looked confused, unable to reply in right phrases. The snow white lady asked more, determined.
"Who are ÿou?" Aska, or what she deemed herself to be widened her eyes, slightly in shock. Confused the firey hair girled replied. The bow in Zilvai's hands with the arrows knocked upon it just made her more warry. Instead, Aska imposed the question on Zilvai. The pigment lacking dame replied.
"I am Hope, Fate, Redemption, Sorrow, Sadness and Agony. Who are you?"
"I am Aska." Zilvai shook her head to that answer.
"Wrong answer." Was what she gave in mere reply. The previous question repeated. "Who are you?"
Aska didnt know what to do further at that, giving more questions in return. It would so end that Zilvai would return merely hints of the past to the golden elf. This, ended near fatal though as Aska crumbled to the ground in a seizure just attempting to remember that past. Zilvai stood by, not budging an inch to help. The elf, after alot of turning and twirling laid still on her back, glancing upwards in near eternal stillness. Alas, Zilvai placed her bow away and moved to kneel next to Aska. She placed an arrow, with a needle coming from a rose blossomed arrowtip next to the woman with a note attached to it and then leaving. She halted though and looked back. If she left now, the elf would have died. She didnt want to help but for some reason she went over and decided to do so anyways. The elf, fell into an unconcious state, stable, but not awake. Zilvai left then but a presence let her stay. She moved to the side next to a mushroom and waited for Aska to awaken.

It was about an hour till the elf woke up and moved to Zilvai after reading the note. She took a seat upon the mushroom next to the color lacking girl. The two conversed, Zilvai in her emotionless manner but the aura around herself was screaming with emotion. It was grim but sorrowful.
"Your sight disgusts me." Zilvai said to the Golden Lady. It was the truth, the woman did disgust her. It was the mere fact that she had died a long time ago and now is back, passively yet not intentionally hurting those with the past. This pained Zilvai the most, she knew how it was like when the past came to haunt. Zilvai was stubborn and attempted to convince Aska. She even promised to take care of the things that were left undone in Askas new 'life'. She would have to deal with two friends of the elf that were having their own troubles. The white girl would even take those burdens upon herself to help her self considered brother, Animus. Aska felt no other choice but to agree to the proposal, giving all the information she knew to Zilvai. Soon once that was done, Zilvai laid her cloak down for the Golden elf to lay upon. A white hand went to the golden forhead as the other went to the stomach. Soothing blue light engulfed the color lacking hands and the colored red lips of the half celestial parted to sing a relaxing song for the elf. The elf, then began to remember her past. Much was revealed. The whole story that was moaned by Aska as she delved in to remember her past held each aspect of sadness within it. Tears came tickling out the eyes of the elf, the half celestial attempting to catch every one of the tears. Own ones have formed in the pure white ones but they didnt escape like the elfs before her. It was as if an invisible wall hinded those tears from coming out. It was a good while but after Aska had gone through the high point of her life, the death of hers, it was over. Aska stopped breathing and Zilvai viciously attempted to bring her breathing back. Thrusting upon the chest of the elf, the elf soon coughed after, breathing once more. Zilvai looked relieved, she even wondered why herself why she cared for this woman.
"I... remember." Aska said. Zilvai regathered the mask she had tossed away and put it upon her face to once more hide all that emotion upon it.
"Good. You best go to rest now and tell me what you plan tomorrow." Zilvai's words had a near mesmerizing effect.
"Yes... sleep." Vines once more shot up and engulfed Aska, dragging her down. Zilvai attempted to grasp one of those vines but all she felt was a shock coming to her hand. Aska, dissapeared into the ground once more. Zilvai stood up and tossed her cloak over her shoulders once more. She could only but wonder why she had helped this woman and now even promised to help Askas friends too.
"Why is it I am the one who carries all their burdens? Why is it me?" Zilvai mused to herself as she moved off to gather some rest of her own.

"You are just jealous that a mercenarie like me came up with that idea!" It was all a game for him. Zilvai gripped her mask tightly, the temptation of ripping Fargul to shreds was there.
"First you act so high and mighty and then when you are on the brink of death you shy away like wussy." The white maidans body cringed. An arrow was grasped from her quiver which she tossed right nect to Farguls head.
"Then get me an army, hero." She grinned but her true emotion was hidden behind that mask of hers. He knew nothing. How could he? He was human... how she despised them. Humans, always so changing, hard to understand and somehow also easy to control. Just tell them its about honor and pride and they will do anything for you. Silly humans, she thought to herself. Silly... silly humans.

Zilvai stood up and took her leave. Fargul was merely amused. He hardly even understood a bit of Zilvai's tension. The past, the one she so feared, hated, dispised, dreamed of night and day came back to haunt her. Perhaps this too was why she hated Aska. She was that mirror image to what was urrently happening to her. Zilvai was contradicting though, how ever much she hated her past, she had this feeling within her to complete what she started. Her only wish now, was the doom of Aramas.
"Let it rot in its grave... I am sorry mother... father."

What was life now to her? Everyone around her was begginning to fall into a state of pure agony and distaste. Animus lost his father, a memory of the past returned. Naya faces a curse and probably much more then just this. Kelth vanished without a word. She wondered if he even cared for her. Fargul was not the same too, she knew this. He is all lies now. That human in him creating a mask to show pride, but she knew he had nothing left to hold pride on. Zilvai did feel much sorrow for him. Asheea, the shy albino tiefling also faced loneliness. Zilvai offered to help her too, but all this depression is slowly wearing down on her. Everyone is stacking their crate of misery upon Zilvai small frame. She used to be able to show emotions to no bound to make others feel well but even that slowly came to an end. She was weary, exhausted, not only by frame but also mentally.

It wasn't all the fault of the others and their problems, it was alike her own. Even her memories were getting back at her. She had to make choices now that would greatly pain her. She wished she could bring her mother and father with her to Sigil, but this was likely a thing of impossibility. Her friends upon her old world to, would meet an inevitable death by Zilvai's own hands. The white maidan knew this fight would end if she targeted the world where the Vorare came from. With that world there, it would not matter how many Vorare would be killed for the Faex would be rebuilt over and over again.

Zilvai took a deep breath to gather herself and hugged the sleeping Geir next to her a bit more tightly. It was not long though, that she let go and went to the living room to drop down upon the seat and let the tears fall from her eyes. Those tears were cold though, nearly forced. No emotion was held within her eyes at that stage. Her right hand crawled to an arrow, grasping it and holding it infront her right eye as if about to pierce it. Her body then suddenly began to quiver in fear and the arrow along with the hand holding it lowered to settle upon her lap.
"Maybe Fargul is right... I do fear my death." She thought to herself, giving a long pause before stabbing the arrow within her stomach violently. She coughed out blood upon the table and ripped the arrow back out, laying it upon the table then after. The red blood pulsed out the area that was impacted along with blood that tickled out the corners of her lips.
"Atleast my blood holds color." The white woman, now slightly drenched with red fluid began to laugh hestarically before falling into a ballad of sobs.

Chapter Five: Jezzara
Act Five, Scene One:

"What is a mother if she is not there to take care of you?" Zilvai wondered as she stared off into the distance. She once more stood upon a mountain and let the breeze tickle her skin. Sword in hand but stabbed into the ground before her. "A mother is so much more then just a tool of breeding. A mother is there to take care of her child, take care of it and set it right when it fell deep." A soft sigh came to her. Her stare loosing itself upon beach of Elysium. She could see herself as a child playing in the sand, alone. She had no one to call to, always rely on herself.

Zilvai's childhood vision looked up to her. The small, white haired and this time silver irised girl with blue hued skin and a tattoo upon her forehead smiled up to the pure white being. Zilvai came to realise she was not that person she used to be back then. Her life will now go further, with or without her mother. Though secretly she knew there was this undeniable bond to the person who gave birth to her and so, she would with out thinking look for that person and get so many untold answers spoken.

The vision of the girl dwindled with a chuckle and into the shrouds of darkness of the night. The only thing that illuminated was the nower Zilvai under the moonlight and she would remain till sunrise.

Act Five, Scene two:

In a world, far beyond the reach to Zilvai stood a woman that mirrored the looks of our well known snow white girl. Though something different, unique made up the Divinely maidan in the world of Toril. Unlike Zilvai the woman sprouted wing radiating magic of both divine and arcane. The womans pure, iris lacking eyes sparked flares and fire. An aura of flame upon the celestial skin. With a twirl of the hand she turned various abominations, namely the Drow to crisps. What lead to the tradgedy such as this? Was Zilvai's mother not once the High Priestess of the Drow upon her world. also known the Orsha? It seems only one answer could clarify this turn of event, "Thou God is the bitch of spiders! You shall fall without mercy for that sin!"

What once was a woman who adored beauty so much, now is an act of vengence and destruction for those that defy it.

Chapter Six: Bleak and Bleach

Act One:

Her heart sores and all she finds is rejection. Atleast that is what she felt.

Day and night she entered the Gatehouse, entering the halls that echoed the madmens cries. The bleakers took a liking to her, atleast as much they could in their usual uncaring state. She often stood outside within the rare vegitated places in Sigil or tended to the Orphans within the Gatehouse itself. Not quite an apprentice of any in there and not quite a member of the Bleak Cabal either, but certainly she came across as an addition to their fold. She carried that pain within her. That pain she rarely ever let out and when she did, it's fatal. Not only physically but very much mentally aswell. The target mostly being herself, but sometimes also her friends that couldn't understand her or bare with the melancholy she emitted, leaving her aside, alone and in tears.

There was so far one person that has tended to her really. Her lover, who played more a father roll then anything else, Animus. The now Draconic being through sorcery. He was her everything right now, truely but something kept her at bay from anything further. It was odd for her to be bound. Maybe she knew that there will be the time that sadness overcomes her and she would leave him alone. She didn't want to be the next Aska in that sense nor the Rozalin who had cared for herself more then his love, or so Zilvai thought.

Zilvai knew she wasn't all that grown up as she deems to be but she hated that friends she really cared for, like Kelth, just set her aside so she was "safe." The true dangered laid in being alone. She didn't want that, no. At times a scream came from her in her solitary room followed by sobs as she reconsiders how much time she does spend in solitude. Not even the amount of company her love gives her works out. She needed diversity, to see that not just one person cared for her. She wanted to be there for others. Reason was because she had failed being there for those she cared for more then once. Ripped from the plane and displaced into another. A task undone, and one she was so close to solving alike. Was this her curse? Is it to happen again within Sigil? Fate could only tell, or that outsider force that is doing such to her.

For now though, her heart is bleak and bleach.

Zilvai's Poem:

I am the whitest of Flowers
But my soul is darker then the bloodiest rose.
The sun illuminates me with life
But I dont feel its warmth.
The wind tickles my petals
But the touch does not entice me.
I soak in the rain
But the taste is sour.
My life holds no purpose for myself.
My mere exsistence is for others fascination.
