It was a morning like any other in the cage when a portal opened up near the Hive Ward that produced a Halfling in rags, half a chain on both his feet and his hands tied several times over by rope, chains and handcuffs. He had a hateful look in his eyes when they finally opened, one which was quickly replaced by a joyful smile once he realized where he'd ended up. It's been a while since he smelled this combination of booze, smoke and slaadi excrements that filled the streets. Quite a while. 

He got to his feet and immediately headed for some corners which he remembered to treat him well in the past - but as expected, the ever changing city of Sigil was not a place that favored the old. Or the young for that fact. It didn't take that long to find someone who'd free him without too many questions but the next steps after that were to be planned carefully. 

It was time to plan a glorious return. Time to see what this city had in store this time around.
