Personality: Jax is a shrewd warrior who fights with his intellect, which is much higher than a normal half-ogre. He is also quite charismatic, people see something in his expression and the way he holds himself so that they want to trust him. He is also clearly a very strong warrior, which he uses knowingly to gain advantages socially. While not attractive, he has gravitas.

Additional Information

Habbits/hobbies: Drinking and fighting, hopefully both at once
General Health: At 40 he is a grizzled veteran and of middle age. He has suffered several grievous wounds most of them fighting in the Abyss.
Weaknesses: Jax dislikes magic, even though he is a fully fledged sorcerer. He tries to use magic only when he sees it as necessary, usually as he enters battle, sometimes to get out of battle. He grudgingly uses summons to do some dirty work since its so much easier than doing it himself.

backstory:
Jax is a prime, born to an ogre mother and an unusually large human father that had a love of drink and large women. He was abandoned quite young, when the ogre tribe he lived with would not keep him. He found a tribe of wildmen nearby, in the frozen tundra near a frozen sea. The tribe respected his strength, which is quite unimpressive for an ogre. They indoctrinated him to the worship of the barbarian god Kos and tried to train him as a barbarian. The martial training took somewhat, but he began having strange dreams that were like visual journeys, ending in acts of insight. He would wake in the night screaming sometimes, and the barbarians consulted their elders, who said he should have some mystical training in service of Kos. As his insight increased he developed sorcerous powers, almost against his will. He hid this from his tribe, but had difficulty controlling himself and at one point in a moment of frustration during training he cast True Strike and struck his teacher with such precision and power that his teacher was shocked. The fact of his magic still didn't come out, but the tribe recognized something queer and (what they thought as) unwholesome about him. Eventually he was rejected by the tribe when he was 14, nearly adult, but not before he was given the totem name that translates as "Coyote". He never could grasp the rage of a barbarian. Still, he was determined to be a strong martial wArrior, and trained himself, feeling it was the only way for one of his blood. His dreams continued and he developed as a sorcerer faster than a warrior. One day he had a dream of Sigil and accidentally planeshifted there in his sleep.
