Philosophy: A child of the Abyss; the world is there to be taken by the strong. The weak deserve only enslavment and suffering. Or do they? These are confusing times indeed

Born on the Abyssal layer of Shendivaril, Clahraxes is the half fiendish spawn of the Succubus Queen Malachant and some unknown human Planewalker who had fallen into her clutches. After birth she was promptly discarded by her mother and likely forgotten about amidst the ranks of Malachant's thousands of offspring spawned with thousands of different partners.

The infant half fiend found life in the abyss difficult. There were all manner of full blooded demons who'd consider her a snack, a plaything or some small inconsequential annoyance to torment should it amuse them. As she grew older she survived by being unfailingly polite and subservient to everyone and by ruthlessly betraying the weaker of them to the stronger of them at the first chance she got. And so it was the young Clahraxes learned the values that would allow her to survive in the Abyss, deceit blood lust and a cruel will to harm others simply because there was the opportunity to do so.

Needless to say when she felt the pull of magic calling her away she followed it. As a result she found herself trapped inside a magic circle against evil in the tower of an aging conjueror whose name she has now forgotten, on a prime world whose name she has also forgotten.

The old Mage had a very simple task for her. He was growing old and infirm and he wanted someone to care for him in his dotage. In return she would be given a soul that he had trapped in a prism. The place was better than the Abyss so she accepted and for several years she did as she was bid. Her first act was to quietly murder the old man's two apprentices. Teaching them was a stress he didn't need at his age and she was there to look after him after all. Next she began poisoning the food she served him, not enough to do him any real harm she thought just enough to keep him ill and bed bound. It was easier to look after him if he didn't leave his tower and that was her task after all.

Over the course of ten years or so she settled into a routine of cooking, cleaning and warming the old mage's bed at night. When she found the time, which was often she'd study his books and question him about his magic. She found she had a gift for it. Sadly this ideal state of affairs did not continue. After a particularly wild night of passion the old man's aging heart gave out. She felt sad. She really did care for him in her own quite twisted way.

She could have returned to the Abyss, but there was little for her there and from what she read she knew there was a whole multiverse to explore. She decided on a plan. Using the spells she had learned she called the name of Lex'urthor, an Inccubus and the worst of her childhood tormentors. She bound him to her will, and after repaying him for what she saw as the pains of her childhood she set out to see the planes. She knew from the books she had read there was only one place for this. She also knew of a portal that would take her there. And so she arrived in Sigil.
