Revealing Desperation

Before I start writing the story of my kobold, I would like to mention that I am a new player here on SCoD! I am not new to nwn2 nor DnD and I enjoy both more than is healthy. However I am new to role playing on Nwn2, I figured I would give it a shot after I saw the SCoD website which impressed me very much and advertised a beautiful and creative server. I must say, now I have played for the equivalent of 2 days that I am greatly impressed and that I look forward to further exploring the World and its population as well! Here is the story of Slik my Kobold, my first shot at Role Playing on never winter nights! Hope you can enjoy!
Basic Information
Name: Slik
Gender: Male
Race: Kobold
Age: 23 of scavenging, escaping and surviving
Profession: Scavenger
Physical InformationHeight: 2' 1/2''
Body build: Skinny and frail
Skin type: Rough
Colouring: Skin has a reddish hue, apparently just like his father!
Eyes: Light Red
Mental Information
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Beliefs: Belief that is father wich he never knew was a great Kobold who accomplished great things, and that one day Slik will rise above the filth and he too be able to do something special like kill a cavern spider or something!
Additional Information
Gear: Even though it is obvious that it is way to heavy for him Slik always carries around his small shield and takes comfort in being able to cower behind it. At time he carries a weapon, all of wich he handles awkwardly. Other than that Slik wears some rags he finds and occasionnaly takes the time to repair is torn garnements
Slik walks around with an uncalculated, nervous step which speaks volumes about the bumpy road his life as taken. His scurrying about is accompanied by his apparent consatnt hunch as he bends over with every step. His awkward posture is probably due to the fact he carries a small shield that seems impossibly heavy in the hands of the frail Kobold. On second thought, him toppling over his every step might also be the cause of an obvious lack of confidence and borderline hopelessness expressed by the Kobold's demeanour. Furthermore Slik's Gaze never strays too far from the ground, avoiding all eye contact with people and constantly scouring the ground for food or forgotten trinkets. His thin frail body tell a the sad story of his lifestyle and the manner in which he shies away from any possible sources of stress or danger suggest a long history of both unpleasant physical and mental beatings. This small Kobold is obviously of more threat to himself than anything or anyone around him...
