For any daytime situations, a rather durable Jar of Preserving is prepared. Worst case scenario, mist form can make for sudden movements and daylight avoidance. The idea is to travel at night. She still at least appears half drow, but doesn't have the option of underdark travel this time.
(Toril currency has been given to all four people in the former of platinum coin. Approx 5k a piece, as Waterdeep bank writs won't work for this trip).
And for her own particular flavor, as well as the average constitution and walking speed of a kobold, Tess decides the first stop will be anywhere she can buy a couple horses. Let's face it, she never said she wasn't lazy, how could she expect the coat elf to be opposed?
(Nymph wold empathy can likely calm the Crete down so the vampire isn't a problem)

Edit: I should clarify. Tess's path takes them through a series of planar portals leading them ultimately to somewhere near the edge (but inside of) the Aunoroch Desert. With the magical energies of the city above it returning, they're unstable, but no more so than in Sigil.

Jenavee Rises early the that morning watches Lisa gather the supplies she thought needed, She smirks as Lisa packs , asking. "I think you forgot the sink dear" ? Sitting on the edge of the bed she dress putting on the various pieces of her armor . She figures if Lisa is posing as nobility it would do good for Jenavee to act as her guard.
She spends the remainder of the time before leaving the manor getting the travelers a hot breakfast and filling wineskins , who know how long it could be until the have another descent meal. Meeting up with the others she insists they eat and then hand each a fully topped of wineskin ." I am ready we you all are" She sharpens her blade to a razors edge as the others finish their preperations . and then they set out to catch the portal chain , taking them to their destination.

Preparation. That was what it would be called, the coated creature mused to himself. He sat nestled comfortably in one of the parapets atop the Tower of the Wyrm, kicking heavy boots against the stonework. A mass of vials and scrolls filled his lap. He doubted the necessity, though part of him craved it.

A momentary pang of guilt creased his brow as one particular thought wove through, quickly shaken off, though not quick enough for the imp resting on his shoulder to contort its angular features into a sneer. "You've got that look you get when you're thinking weak words, Doomgu--mmph!" One pale hand snapped out to silence the infernal creature, stuffing the poor sod back into the depths of his coat.

He lifted his head, gazing across the Ward again. The idea of spending so much time on a Prime would have been anathema to him not long ago, and the concept of allowing himself to be trapped in a jar was at odds with every fiber of his being. He forced the chittering criticisms from his mind and returned to arranging poison and paper, muttering under his breath as he sorted away the last few pieces.

A distant bellowing reached his ears. "Oi! You're not supposed to be up there!" Finally. He wore a toothy grin on his features, swiveling his head to locate the perceptive Mercykiller. He made a particularly unkind gesture with both hands, then hopped down backwards out of the sod's line of sight. He counted to fifteen--usually how long they take to get inside, after all--then shapeshifted into a bat and made his exit, taking a particularly chaotic route (more for his own amusement than any risk of being followed) to meet up with Tess.

*The drowess sits in the quiet office in her now empty Manor staring at the letter she's had open in front of her for hours. After this morning's moment of clarity she'd gone home and begun to read through the letter again and again, to the point where the sheet looks well worn and years old. Finally, she gets up and walks out of the room, and heads toward the bar. Pouring herself a glass of wine she sets the parchment down on the counter and rereads it for what seems to be the hundredth time and then calls Hensley to her. As the skeletal butler shuffles into the room she looks to him as he clicks to her*

"I know that most of what you will say to me is going to make almost nau sense but I need someone or something to bounce this off of. I know two things for certain. One is that the kidnappers are angry because the Harmonium has been poking around but the Harmonium is always around. Two, that the meeting place is in an abandoned house in Undersigil. If both of these things are true, then it's simple logic that they are keeping him in Undersigil since that would be the only place a Harmonium presence would upset anyone. Right?"

*Hensley just stares at her and for the first and probably last time he makes total sense to her, as a single click leaves his chattering teeth and his head drops in a nod, she sighs heavily and pulls out the sending stone and calls the four back*

Melissa sighed as she gets the message to return. Some disappointment, some relief. On the one hand, it would have been good to see Toril again. On the other, it wasn't exactly going to be a trip of leisure. She ate a bit of her travel rations before returning to the manor. A thought flickered through her head. "These kidnappers are..." And she just sighed again.

*Rapid knocking on the Perserving Jar, followed by an excited yelp* Hey! Wake up in there, lazybones!! Just to prove she hadn't lost wit, poor Moras is met with a light spell over Tess's head. I didn't say come out!
Back through the portals they go, most likely with more than a touch of frustration. After all, skipping through the Gray Waste shouldn't have caused any harm during the... uh... daytime? Should it?
