A visit to the Gatehouse to see a friend, who thankfully recovered from his temporary insanity

Takes an unexpected turn, but at least, there will be no dread forced into Nyelthruna's mind... For now...

Sitting on a frail wooden chair in the small room that serves as her office, research room, interview room and sometimes bedroom when the cycles are long, Deidra spreads the tomes she received around, using the less useful ones to hold down the corners of a planar map. Motioning her gatecrasher closer, she points to various lines she underlined in the books.
See.. here... and here.. and once again here. It's a pattern, they might be just stories but there's enough concordance there to make me think it's at least based in reality. One of the four... a river. That makes me think we are dealing with something bordering the river Oceanus. A river, and one of the four great planar pathways. Now the emphasis on Light as mentioned... here... her and hinted at here... makes me think that of the three planes that the river snakes through, the most likely is Elysium - or maybe that's just wishful thinking - , though Arborea isn't impossible. The Beastlands, highly unlikely. So what I would need from you if... to get here. She pauses her speech to reach out and point on her planar map.The mouth of the river, where it starts making it's way out from Thalasia's great ocean. There we'll find a method of transportation to follow along until we find what we need. Well. Maybe not "we". How many people can you bring through one of your portals?
