Vorgazar enters Undersigil one fine afternoon and takes a stroll through the streets observing how much 'unwelcome' Harmonium presence is still active in the little underworld town that he once so proudly ran with an iron fist, allowing good business between organisations that elsewhere had a much harder time.

He specifically passed by to look at the various Cartel residencies and how much of a mess is made of them.

He passes a respectful nod to those who he knows to still be of the correct loyalties and even tosses the occasional orc a small sack of iron cubes.

Vorgazar slowly makes his way towards where the harmonium operation took place outside Hildmor's premesis, where they turned his things out onto the streets and went through every last sheet of paper and file to gather for the trial.

He looks around and takes a small pot of red paint out of his belt and empties it into his right hand. The Warchief smears it around and takes a deep snort as orc bloods and gang members poke their heads around corners.

"Some fookers in dis town need to be reminded whut fookin respeck is."

He marches up to the door of the building and slams a red hand print onto the outside.

"Dis is our fookin town."

In many of the Gate Towns and free city states the local forces seem to have ceased their actions against the Cartel. Some however still continue their investigations or outright hunts. As it often the case with Cartel, there are some rumours about bribes.

There's another rumour. Some say a certain bounty hunter group needs help to hunt down a Cartel cell, to discover future intellegence on Cartel's forces. Their representative will be recruiting in the Bazaar in the next two days. ((GMT 21.00 Friday or Saturday.))

The Syndicate, under Charles' directions, orders the removal of all remaining Cartel banners, influences and markings within UnderSigil. It is declared, inside all Syndicate held and monitored territory, that the Cartel is considered dismantled.

All ongoing manhunts and cooperations with surface authorities, in regards to the Cartel, have been called off and completed. Within the confines of UnderSigil the Cartel no longer exists and the Syndicate washes its hands of the entire matter.
