Shiv the skull wearing merchant was arrested at the tavern Foul Olde Spirit Inn.

It seems he was selling wares without a permit, faulty wares, attempted bribery, and public urination.

A fine of twenty thousand jink had to be paid to get him out, he has had colorful words about Raifael the one who arrested him.

Rumor also has it he mooned the guards, adding to his fine indecent exposure.

As Zilvai gets ear of this, her brows perk up and she giggles slightly.
"Why would someone show his arse...?" She giggles some more and shakes her head.
"Twenty Thousand jink for not much offence... oh well, I think Raify knows what he's doing." She looks over to a man who's mug is empty.
"Hey sir! Want a drink?"

Rumors of a strange event circulate around Khazeet’s tavern. According to the efreet barkeeper and some observers, self-proclaimed detective and champion for the needy, Nero Urbane, was called out and accused of murder. The accuser was a middle aged man dressed in rags, who claimed to reside in the Hive and witness a figure matching Nero’s description fleeing the scene of his son’s murder approximately four weeks ago. Nero purportedly asked questions such as, “When did I kill your son?” But he made no attempt to deny the man’s hysterical claims.

Mercykiller Pinklily happened by and mediated the altercation, ensuring that she would file a report on the accuserÂ’s behalf, but no arrest could be issued without proper evidence.

Perhaps oddest of all was the sceneÂ’s conclusion. Apparently Oerianna Vaas finally and publically resurfaced and immediately engaged Nero. The two shared brief pleasantries and promptly left the bazaar together. Neither has been seen since.
