Dancing Craze

A woman can be seen in Sigil moving in a jerky sort of motion people can only call "dancing" for lack of a better word. She seems to ignore any and all attempts to communicate with her.

OOC: Each time I log in as an EM, I'll be sure to set this up again, however, when the server resets, there will be a period of a lack of a jerky-motion NPC. It can simply be RP'd that it is there.

A man seems to have joined the woman, who has not yet ceased her motions.

Lucia walks by them during her patrols, and makes a note in her report, but does nothing as there is no law in Sigil prohibiting them from dancing.

When Hograth notices them he also makes a note, adds a short description and then later asks around in the Festhall if there is an event planned or a new group of artists has arrived.

Later- should he learn something- he will share this knowledge with his fellow Harmonium member if course. and send a note to Lucia.

Christopher Cryptbane sighs as he watches the woman, and now the man dance and dance and dance, either that or suffer an endless seizure, hes not sure which. He watches the pair with suspicion, and a small amount of curiosity, his instincts tuning his senses out from them to watch for potential shoppers distracted by the dancing and subsequently being relieved of their coins and other possessions while they arnt looking.

Consquently he decides to post two guards within eye sight of the pair at all times.

The dancers have, seemingly gone on with their normal life again. When questioned, they quickly try to change the subject.

((This is more of a long-term thing that requires a much more dedicated hand to make it happen. I'm not quite going to be able to do that this month, so, I'm going to "pause" it, so to speak. It will pick up again in the future, other longer-term events are already plotted out that you'll see soon.))
