In the weeks preceding the vote a woman wearing back funerary robes and an elegant pale death mask is seen in The Gatehouse talking to one of The Bleaker Factors apparently about stew and the virtue of carrots in a balanced diet. She is seen again in The Hive at The Nightmarket where she gives the gift of a freshly caught lobster to a Xaochist.
