Looking For Wands

Written with purple ink in her elegant handwriting is another note from Amber Rose posted around the Grand Bazaar. It is written on shimmering, silver paper and reads:

Hey everyone!

I hope the week is going well for you! I forgot to mention that I'm looking for a couple wands, as well. One for the fourth tier spell, Assay Resistance, and another wand of True Striking, a first tier spell.

Regarding the wand of True Striking, I found out it would be best to be informed that such cannot be created, or would require extreme capability. Many have attempted, and the last few to have attempted have perished. I suggest not to search further fo such.
