1)A document proving him as a lawyer of Raifael and Legault Degares, signed by Hildmor and Legault.
2)A fully filled request of a copy of Raifael's Municipal Code.
3)Everything what needs to be handles over to the Gatehouse administrators after the Bleakers define Raifael Degare as sane to set him free as soon as possible.
If the Guvners would try to apply any pressure or something to slower the process, Hildmor would negotiate everything, and may be give some "gifts" to the people he knows, if required.
